Tables were really sticky. Female restroom needed cleaning, bites of toilet paper everywhere. No paper towels in dispenser . I prefer paper towels when I have to pull open the door to leave because everyone doesn't wash there hands afterwards. Or put a waste can near door, could have used some toilet paper to open door then throw TP in can. Need a new thank you bell to ring when leaving or a major overhaul. Seen a woman lift a child of pretty good size up over her shoulders which had she fell or dropped her child it wouldn't have been very good. People like myself love to ring it if the foods good, service is good...which I did using a napkin. One other thing no Purell in dispenser in waiting area. Food was delicious. All employees were busy and polite. Thank you kindly, giving my true experience. 💜GOD...

Well, visit didn't start out great as we approached the counter. Even before we ordered, we were told how tired the employee was, saying she was going on being there 4 hours. Not to be harsh, but, not what I want to hear. We were there at a very slow time, however, our order took forever and when we did get it, was told we were short a few pieces. After 15 minutes, we had to go up and ask.... They forgot about it, even though they were slow enough to have several employees in the front of the restaurant sitting and visiting with each other.... To the point they even went outside to see someone apparently they knew who pulled up. The dining area was clean, the bathrooms were clean. The food wasn't bad, not great, ...

I dropped by after dinner one night hoping to have a frosty mug of draft root beer like I used to when I was a kid. Sadly, the cashier fumbled with the credit card reader for five minutes or more, no other staff member offered to help him, and the total I was charged did not match the total he read to me when he rung it up. The manager walked away from me three times:. I had to call her back to get my mug, and my receipt. And after all that, I find out that their root beer tap is decorative:. Their root beer comes from the Coke machine just like everywhere else.

The terrible customer service killed my nostalgia, but at least the root...
