I ordered a large hot matcha latte, when I opened the lid I seen that it had only been 3/4 full. I told the lady that I had that trouble a few times before and that the one I spoke to about it prior had told me it was because when they made it, they didnāt use the right steamer. When I told her that she looked a little confused about it but was nice and had no problem making a new one⦠But then another lady came up and took over and started my replacement order. While they were at the machine I could hear that lady mumbling and complaining about me. I thought that was interesting but then when they finished the nice lady handed it to me and gave me a pitch on how the previous workers donāt calibrate the machine. I told her that was fine and I wasnāt upset about, that only expected a full cup when I pay for a full cup. She agreed, we wished each other well and I left.
Then I got to work and checked out my new drink only to find out that they did absolutely nothing different. They just remade the drink to the same amount and acted like they fixed it. That is so disrespectful and disappointing. What I thought I was getting was good customer service from understanding people. What I actually got was fooled and tricked by...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk so first off we went into the Dunkin' and it smelled like paint remover. We ignored the smelled eager to get food. We ordered and ok that was fine until she walked away without us paying another man had to walk up to us to let us pay. We walked over to a table and found one to sit at but the table was dirty. We waited to be served when I was informed that the bathroom was a mess and the toilet was not working and there was no sign saying out of order. We went to get our food, we sat down and then our order was wrong. We also found that the Coke was expired. Even though Coke doesn't expire for about 2 years. The food was disgusting. The sandwich was like melted butter, and the egg tasted like rubber. I was very displeased with this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered the iced matcha latte only for it to taste like milk and yes I am fully aware that milk is in it, that's not the problem. The issue is that it just tasted like milk, just straight up milk with maybe a small taste of matcha. If I wanted to spend 6 dollars on milk I would have just bought two gallons at Krogers. Very irritating to want to treat yourself with your favorite drink only for it to taste like milk. I'm not sure if it's just this place that doesn't know how to make it properly, if they were to busy to do it properly, or if they do it differently, because the matcha I got in Sikeston was delicious and perfect. Anyway won't be go here next time...
