Not happy with service. Went through the drive-thru to grab something to take home. Hubby ordered a fish sandwich with tarter sauce only, no cheese, no lettuce. We get our stuff and before we got out the parking lot I was getting my husband’s sandwich ready to hand him to eat. When I pulled back the wrapper and looked there was tarter sauce, lettuce, and tomato on it. My husband backed up and went inside to tell them the sandwich was wrong that he wanted tarter only. They gave him another sandwich and we headed for home that was about 25 miles away. As we were headed home, I opened his sandwich so he could start eating it and this time there was nothing on it, not even the tarter sauce that we had asked for in the first place. How can you get a simple sandwich wrong? A piece of fish, tarter sauce on a bun !!! Customer service isnt at all what it used to be!! People dont care anymore!! Okay for one, if they accidentally mess your order up or a simple misunderstanding happens. Their nasty 🤢 day manager lady will willfully go off on you like it's your fault she's having a bad day. I get it we all have them but treating me completely disgusting and disrespectful was completely uncalled for. Paid almost $30 for my meal with 2 drinks just to get treated like this over a side order of fries 🍟 ? Really ? Food was good when I finally got it home. Spent $50 for lunch AND got some fish to go, asked for tarter sauce. Woman behind counter was rude when asked for 10 tarter sauce. Said she put 13 PLUS when bag was checked there was 8. Asked for 2 more and she said I would have to pay for it. OK NO PROBLEM I WILL GLADLY PAY SO I CAN ENJOY MY FISH THE WAY I LIKE IT. STARTED MOUTHING OFF ABOUT THAT WAS TO MUCH FOR ANYONE.
