Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Port Angeles

I was disappointed after trying this drive thru for the first time. I ordered the chicken tacos and side of rice. The rice looks nothing like the "seasoned" rice online photo, with no added ingredients like the chopped tomato or onions in the picture. The food was quickly prepared, but after getting home about 10 minutes later, it was obvious that it was not heated, and the soft taco had been rolled and wrapped too tightly in waxed paper so that both tortillas stuck together.There was no takeout container, just a bag to hold both items. I was there just before 11 am and one car was behind me, with none in front. They asked what taco sauce I wanted, but never said taco sauce cost extra---unlike every other taco place I've been, where it's included it for free unless it's an extra sauce. The meat and filling tasted ok, but I won't be visiting any taco time in the future. Some training on heating and preparing the food and a sturdy take out container would bring it up to standards of other takeout places in the area, where I can get food that is still warm when you get it home quickly. The bag wasn't even warm. For health reasons, food should be kept at a higher temperature...

It was slow but it looked like only 2 employees were working and no manager. Cashier was working double duty in the back helping the drive through but made sure to acknowledge us and let us know she would be right back. Food was good as always. Later returned to counter to let them know there was no TP in the bathroom. Waited..saw a manager who ignored me and went about his business. Ended up leaving a card at the register letting them know about the lack of TP. It is is a taco joint for goodness sake...hahaha. I live here and usually use drive through which is always pretty good service. I think they just need more employees and raises for the ones working their tail off. I had written a full LONG REVIEW but, somehow lost it. I will keep this one short but not so sweet. Met by a young lady I could NOT HEAR or UNDERSTAND. Our order was a mess. Items left off (charged for) the tacos were saturated with ORANGE GREASE that had left the shells "grease soggy" the one order of fries should of been 2) were ice cold and tough. The young man I had to ask for my sauces (on order not in bag) acted disgusted when I told him they were NOT in the bag as he stated they were....tossed 3 hot sauce and one ranch in my bag. We have NEVER in 10 years had this kind of experience at THIS taco time. Customer service in the past always good and IN THE PAST food was HOT and FRESH. Not this night. VERY VERY...
