NOT A COMPLAINT (please read) Last night I had ordered a pizza to pickup @9pm though in the app my order said it was ready, for some reason it didn't go to the store. Last night The manager or lead at the store exceeded my expectations. She was not only kind when we were trying to figure out the situation, (my order never reached the store but on app said "Thank you for completing your order and that it was ready) She did all she could to help us figure out why including sitting on the phone with the "Help desk". She made sure we got what was ordered and more, also making sure that my last order I had gotten a credit for was made correctly. She had been running around all day with a broken foot and still had an amazing attitude towards customers. I witnessed this with my experience, also while I was dashing coming in on football day to do several orders. She is an amazing employee and it shows that she cares about the customers and likes what she does. I feel like Employees like her should be put in the spotlight and Thanked and appreciated for the hard work they do in the food industry. So, though I forgot to get her name. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. What started as a minor inconvenience took a quick turn to me never wanting to order again. I ordered lunch for the business I work in just down the street. I was notified that Door dash would be delivering & had no problem with that however when door dash arrived the dasher had not been given either of the beverages that I had purchased. When I called the local phone for the store I was sent to a corporate call center where I was bounced around several times to be told the phones we down. Not wanting my food to get cold we ate without our drinks. I called back & was bounced around to at least 5 more agents at a call center after having been hung up on several times. I was finally able to get a hold of a call center agent who gave me the number to the corporate customer satisfaction line, which was just as much of a joke as the rest of the experience. I was informed she had "no authority to redeliver my drinks" & all that she could offer me was a free pizza on my next visit. When I asked for a refund of my missing drinks she told me someone would call me in 1-3 business days. Simply unacceptable as a business & I do not plan to ever order...
Read moreI'd give 5 stars but our local store used Door Dash to deliver instead of a Pizza Hut employee. The Door Dash text came after my online order was submitted. It told me a man was coming with the order but a lady showed up at my door. When I looked at the car, there was a man sitting in the seat & a young child in the backseat. The lady was nice enough but this seemed very unprofessional for Pizza Hut to use a 3rd party that was driving their family around & having the spouse hand off the delivery. I've never used Door Dash before & I had no clue if this was normal company policy or if they got the tip that I put on my online order. The lady had no clue if they got the tip. I had no cash tip for a 3rd party. In future, I'd rather wait longer for my delivery & have a Pizza Hut driver deliver my food & get their mileage & tips, knowing who is going to show up at my door. I had no clue Pizza Hut used a 3rd party to deliver their food. Also, the tabs weren't sealed all the way so this also added to my uneasiness about a 3rd...
