This place is dirty, stinky and quite a bit used, by transients. IMHO, It's not very well maintained by the operators/owners. I understand that all people need a place to maintain hygiene to participate in what we consider society, but a restaurant isn't the place to execute these personal responsibilities; it puts an undue burden on the facility and those responsible for its maintenance. Do you wash your hands before you eat; or do you take a shower in a sink, then shake like a dog to dry off? I rest my case.
When i went there, i thought to myself, yaay jack-in-the-box 😃, cheap lunch.....but then; oooh scary 😲, this place is a dump🤭🤢, bummer.....loss of appetite...🤮
ignorance is epidemic.
They just kept operating the place as if nothing was wrong.... What really astonishes me, is that these people want a raise in minimum wage, as if.....smh
Please take my comments with a grain of salt; I'm direct and insensitive. These are my observations. Facts don't care about feelings. I won't apologize for the truth. No one cares about my feeling, therefore, i dont care about theirs, respectively. The truth will set you free, embrace it! I actually appreciate people's courage to tell me the things i don't want to hear; it offers an opportunity to improve myself with regard to social interaction and personal relationships. what else is there, narcissism?
I'm a local and I've been to this establishment quite a few times (because i like jack-O-box, but really it's because im stupid) thinking it would be better than the last experience, but I've only been fooling myself. They either don't care, or lack the capacity to understand. There is no excuse. I actually took the time to write this in the hopes that it would guide them toward improvement and give a "heads up" to those whom share my views, as a...
Read moreI was at the Port Angeles Jack-in-the-Box ordering food with friends when I heard the manager of the store, a woman named Karol, speaking to other employees about her decision to remove from the schedule to force the cessation of employment from a young woman who, by this managers account, was a victim of a sexual assault and confided in her. This manager went on to explain that she does not believe or agree with the choice that the woman made, and as a result there's no place in the workforce for the woman. I was appalled! In fact, I was so appalled that I reached out to the district manager who was a man named Duke and brought my concerns to him. Duke informed me that he would be visiting the store the next day to take care of the situation. He informed me that he was already aware of the situation, had verified what he was going on, and that he would see to it that this employee was treated right. to my amazement, two weeks later I visited the store, I was informed that the employee no longer works there yet the manager still doubts. The workers I talked to were appalled but they said that they did not say too much, it's worth more than their job if they do. this is what you're supporting when you support Jack-in-the-Box in Port Angeles Washington. Hopefully I can make contact with this woman as I will volunteer personally to pay her legal fees to action this horrible...
Read moreI'm giving them 2 stars only because the food is good, but their service is absolutely atrocious and deserves 0 stars. In the past 3 times I have gone to this location, my order was messed up 3 times.
First time: I asked for two side cups of their cheddar cheese sauce for dipping my fries in. I paid $1.10 each. They did not give them to me. - Drive-thru
Second time: I went into the store to complain about the first time. They give me a free order of fries and don't charge me for 1 of the cheese cups. Now, just so you know, I was getting Curly Fries, not regular fries. Guess this did not matter to them as they gave me two boxes of regular fries with cheese on top. Wrong in every way. So even when correcting an order they get it wrong. - Carry-out
Third time (about 15 minutes ago): I order 4 burgers, 2 large curly fries, and a cheesy steak fry thing with extra cheese. I have to repeat the order multiple times before they can even get it right. To top it off, all 4 of the burgers are made upside down (bottom bun on top), the curly fries are half regular, and the cheesy steak fries are more steak fries with bacon bits (almost no cheese let alone extra). - Drive-thru
At this rate, I am starting to wonder what is going on at this location because it seems no one knows what they are doing and I think some serious re-training...
