I suggest to not come in when they first open and wait till they are all situated for the day. We came as the first customers and we was told to give them 5 more minutes for the roasted pork. Was there a total of 45 minutes waiting and watching people who came in after us receive their order before us so I took the initiative to ask how much longer for our order. They continuously tells us that we had a big order. When we finally received our order the guy who was chopping the pork aggressively came at us and said “y’all have big order, if y’all want good food you have to wait” I left without saying another word back to avoid altercation. But the guy who was chopping honestly chopped everybody else’s orders before ours regardless that we placed our order first and still had the nerve to yell at us for check in our order after waiting for 45 minutes. I’m happy that our local area is finally having a spot for roasted pork and bbq that isn't here but with this customer service I’ll rather make the drive to houston to get roasted pork then stand against them again. Pork was too thinly sliced but overall decent but not excellent. Customer service was poor. I left upset due to this so no, I DO NOT...

I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken to go. When I got home and opened the order there were 3 small containers of sauce (which was NOT sweet and sour) and a container of deep fried chicken pieces. I telephoned the restaurant and asked where were the vegetables? The cashier informed that they don’t serve it because they don’t want the food to get mushy. I responded that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard, you need to notify customers of this policy by specifying it in your menu and hung up. I am a born and raised New Yorker, so I KNOW what Chinese dishes are suppose to taste and look like and their food is definitely not Chinese. They cut back on ingredients. This is my second time ordering a to go order. My first to go order was Roast Pork with Brocolli (my favorite to order when I was residing in Florida) and there was no flavor to it. That is why I had decided this second time around I would try the Sweet and Sour Chicken. There should be no difference in the preparation of a meal whether you are dining in or taking out. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...

First time visiting Andy's on 6/13/2025

Spot looked very clean, and tidy. There's a QR code on the register where you would order, a bit odd, I wasn't sure if I could order directly or had to do it online, while in the restaurant.

Cashier dude looked busy, so I scanned and ordered.

Ordering through their website is easy, everything is labeled and organized by the protein. Good selection.

After ordering the online estimate timer told me I would get my food in about 30mins, I got it in about 20 so that's good.

The food itself was good and hot, my only complaint is the price. It's a bit pricey in my opinion, with a 15% tip I paid $53.82

I ordered Tso chicken, orange chicken and a order of house Lo Mien, it came with 2 containers of white rice

Thinking about it, I'm not sure why I tipped on a Togo order lol, so it would have been $47 give or take, still a bit pricey for Chinese food imo

Food wasn't bad, def hit the spot, but pricey (maybe I'm just...

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a recent visit to Andy’s. A staff member named Adrian (if that is indeed his name) began taking our order. When we requested to substitute lo mein for rice on a few dishes, we were told substitutions are not allowed—regardless of our willingness to pay extra. When we asked to speak with a manager, Adrian claimed to be the manager himself. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional, stating, “That’s just how it is,” and implying that our $70+ order wasn’t worth accommodating. He even said he’d rather not have our business. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. We were prepared to be loyal customers, but unfortunately, this experience has left us extremely disappointed. I hope management addresses this issue seriously to ensure future customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
