Made online purchase 5/18/2020. Called customer service on 5/29/2020 to find out why it hasn't shipped. Was told it would ship on 6/2/2020. The shipping email order status still pending on 6/3/2020. Call CS to cancel was told will receive confirmation of cancellation within 24-48 hours. Called back 6/5/2020 CS said it was a cancellation request and they can't give me a confirmation of cancellation and that I could not speak to supervisor they are in meeting wait time 30-40 min. They said they could still end up shipping the order and charge account and just to return items. Not acceptable. I called back few minutes later to speak to someone different since CS operators are not all the same and some do try to rectify the situation. Now when call the and listening to the person speaking for 5 minutes it says this office is closed call back during business hours and hangs up 😡. Just got of the phone with someone. Seems thousands of businesses operator online with very little issues but harbor freight online experience is horrible. Called bank the cannot stop payment since it was approved on 5/18 pulled out of account and put back even if I cancel the card it would still go through. VERY FRUSTRATING AND WILL DEFINITELY TELL ALL MY WORKING SKILLED TRADES PEOPLE STEER CLEAR OF HARBOR FREIGHT...

This Harbor Freight location, like most all of the ones Ive been to, are staffed with the greatest of super nice , helpful, friendliest people Ive ever encountered at any retail establishment anywhere at any given time. I know thats saying alot about a place but checkout my other reviews and youll see Ive said this about no other place. Their prices are the best of any other, too. They guarentee their gloves too. Did you know that? Yep. I just found that out about a month ago. I dont have all the specifics, so you should probably ask the store you go to but I know if I wear holes in my gloves within 30 days of the time I buy them they will give me another pair free of charge. Read moreLove the store! But all 4 women on the front end were rude, unprofessional and very dismissive of customers. 2 cashiers, 2 lines of 4 to 5 each. And one cashier closes her line, moving all to the only cashier. I watched 2 men put their merchandise down and walk out. I continued to shop so the line came down, I go back to front now 3 cashiers and a manager (female) and no customers. I checkout on a register that had a cardboard box in front of it, I placed all merchandise on counter as I could reach. The cashier was not rude but she was not engaging at all.
