I'm used to eating at this pizzeria and I've always eaten well and been well received by the owner, but we came to eat a pizza this Tuesday with my friends. There were 8 of us. The reception and the service were very bad. To begin with, the waiting time for the pizzas was never so long, then we were served the pizzas in boxes while we were eating there. All the other customers sitting on the table had cutlery and plates, but we were served in takeaway boxes. As every time I come to eat a pizza at Bella Bolla, I ask the short-haired waitress for ranch sauce. She tells me that they charge for it, even though every time I've come, I've never been charged for ranch sauce. So I kindly tell her that the previous times the sauce was free, but she only responds haughtily that if I want sauce, I just have to pay. Finally, when it was time to leave, we wanted to throw the boxes of finished pizzas into the trash can at the entrance and then the short-haired waitress insulted us, telling us to take our empty box home and that we had to leave. Frankly, this short-haired waitress was very vulgar with us and I did not appreciate the way she treats her customers. She should respect them more, especially since we are loyal customers who have never caused any problems. However, the pizzas made by the other two employees were very...
Read moreI deleted my 5-star review from 11 months ago, as it no longer reflects this establishment. My visit today is unquestionably the longest I’ve ever waited for an undercooked pizza. I waited a full half hour after watching multiple customers who ordered after me walk away with their pizzas before asking for an ETA on my order. They told me they were working on it, then took half my order all over again (basically confirming they just completely forgot about my order in the first place). When I finally got my pizza 15 minutes later, it was tremendously undercooked and not at all like the pizzas I used to order here.
Additionally, I’ve gotta say that spending 45 minutes waiting in the lobby was genuinely sad - the updates in decor & furnishings, paired with a 65” tv playing a WWE highlights channel (on a fall Sunday afternoon???) are an absolute parody of the classy pizza joint that Bella Bolla used to be.
I’ve got a “free pizza” coupon here that I’m not sure I’ll ever even use. My threshold for a good customer experience is graciously low, which is why 1-star experiences such as this are so disappointing for me. If the new ownership doesn’t sell, I sincerely hope that they can own their missteps and shift their focus from marketing...

I stopped by on a Monday afternoon, and the place was completely empty. When I came in, I immediately noticed my cheese pizza sitting out on the back counter, next to a burnt pepperoni pizza. A girl with purple hair came out to help me and apologized, explaining she wasn’t the one making the pizzas at that time. She pulled out a second pepperoni pizza, but unfortunately, it was also burnt.
Not long after, another girl (who I assume was the one actually making the pizzas) walked through the front door, laughed when she saw the two burnt pizzas, and casually put a third one in the oven. To her credit, the purple-haired employee seemed embarrassed about the situation and gave me a coupon for $5 off, which I appreciated.
However, even after all that, the final pizzas were very disappointing. They were overly greasy, loaded with way too much cheese, and just not enjoyable. I threw them out at a gas station on my way home. Between the burnt attempts and the poor quality of the food, I can honestly say I won’t...
