Our family had so much fun in the Murder Mystery room, we had to come back a few nights later and do The Sunken Freighter. This is a totally safe experience for a family group or social circle because you are only really ever by yourself. You have contact with one staff person, but they are only with you for a short time.
You enter the building and go right to a private room where the Game Master explains the game. You also get a chance to learn how to open some combination locks you might not be familiar with.
Once you get into the game room, you have about an hour to solve the mystery. Our family of 9 was fully engaged and there seemed to be puzzles and clues for everyone. Each person was plenty busy trying to figure out what was going on.
We solved both puzzles with 1 or 2 hints from the game master (who is available by walkie talkie) because we were there for fun not to compete. The end of both rooms was surprising and exciting for all of us.

The room we did needed the use of flashlights, which were provided, but most were dead or dying. I was thankful for the unlimited hints given via walkie talkie, my fiance wishes they wouldn't have just been given up so freely without a request for them though. The room was well done and we still had fun. Over all, not a bad...
