Edit to add: Silvana is incredible. Husband and I came in for flower with a decent amount of money. We were the kids in the math problem by the end of our visit. Silvana got us both the max amount of flower for the best price. “How many ozs can Zack and Cody buy, if each can carry 2.5 ozs and have xxx dollars to spend?” We are stocked for a good long time, thank you Silvana! Math hero. Kierra is super nice and helpful! Helped me navigate the specials, I couldn’t read well that day; explained the deals when I was confused. Got us some high shelf bud on sale, she hasn’t tried the strains we were interested in trying, but was able to steer us towards popular options. The store itself is always clean and well stocked. Two ATMs take some pressure off trying to extract cash quickly, one is behind the security door so if you don’t want to sit in the waiting room with hundreds in your pocket that’s a super nice option. I’ve never felt rushed by any of the bud tenders here. Sometimes the music is a little loud for my taste, I’m in my late 30s though, so it might just be my old age showing. I just don’t like shouting at the employees helping me. Overall it’s a great spot to pick up your goodies. Stopped by Jars Port Huron this evening for “Green Wednesday” and had an epic experience as always. Jeff assisted us with our selections and was extremely helpful as usual. Jeff is very knowledgeable and patient, which makes our visits enjoyable. Also blessed to see our FAV Jars employee,❤️ KATY P…who truly is like family to us. Savon, the manager on duty (another of our favorite staff) took time to insure our purchases were offered at the best possible sale prices and that we received excellent service (we did) 🤗 Can’t compliment Jars Port Huron enough. They show us that they really appreciate our business and make us feel welcome every visit. From the lobby associates to the security on site and throughout the store every effort is made to create an enjoyable atmosphere and meet all our needs. I went here for the first time; handed the lady my I.D.; asked if they took card or cash; she said cash only. I went to the ATM there to get $120 out; and awaited my turn to be called back. I completed my purchase and left. Got home; looked in the bag and my I.D. was not there. I called to inquire about my I.D. and never got a return call. I waited a couple days, and called back. At first the lady put me on hold for a while, then hung up on me. I called back, and they said they would call me after investigating and checking the video. They never called back. I sent the Police to check on the matter. They lied to the Police claiming they never had my I.D. which is easily proven to false by simple review of the video. Now I have to go to Secretary of State to pay for a new I.D. and see if I can find a lawyer to sue the company. I do not recommend this business to anyone who doesn't want to be stolen from and caused all kinds of trouble and drama, financially, emotionally, professionally...
