Revive Coffee — Restaurant in Port Orchard

Just came in with my mom about half an hour ago. The guy working didn’t even acknowledge us. He acted like he would rather we just walk right out. It felt very cold & unwelcoming. It took several minutes of awkwardly standing there in silence, then moving to be more in his line of sight before he snapped that he’d be right with us. We were the only customers there. Finally ordered two peach smoothies, a sandwich, and banana nut muffin top. This was also the slowest service you could imagine. As we were paying, he handed me a lemon poppyseed one instead. When I told him that he’d handed me the wrong one, he said they looked similar. They don’t, but there is also a label. Once we paid, he got me the correct muffin top. The smoothies were great, but the atmosphere was very unfriendly. As we were leaving, my mom said “thank you, have a good day”, to which he then cut her off before she could finish. I felt compelled to share my disappointment with the petty way I was treated over a cup of water. I paid for my coffee and meal and left a generous 20% tip, but when I asked for a cup of water, I was told it would cost an additional $.25. I didn't have a quarter on me and had to leave without water. The Breakfast burrito was also so hot from the microwave, that the tortilla wrap itself had hardened. I ended up burning my fingers trying to eat it.

While I understand the irony of my own pettiness, the bigger issue here is the establishment's approach to customer service. Charging customers for a cup of water comes across as nickel-and-diming and left me with a negative impression of the overall experience. As a result, I won't be returning to this establishment, and they may lose some business...

Great coffee. Every time. Got a cinnamon dolce iced latte with oat milk, last 2x. Excellent! Also got a gluten free churo donut. Delicious. Both together were about $13. But pricey, but what isn't these days?! I'd rather have quality over quantity any day. Had the frozen yogurt a few years ago. It was pretty good as well.. Used to take my laptop and iPad and do some research in the place. Nice atmosphere for it. Unless it gets busy with lots of kiddo's coming in for the Froyo! Great workers. Friendly. Only had one lady in drive through who basically wanted to rush me through when nobody was even in back of me. It would be nice to see the sign before you get to the front to decide what you want, if something different than a usual order. Regardless, I will be back. The coffee has a...
