Worst fast food service in Kitsap County. The food is usually good, but that's about it. Every single time I go there, Either they take ridiculously long to get food out even though they have like 15 people in the back, or some of their workers are extremely rude. On one occasion, My wife and I and another couple were there, And it was around 30 minutes prior to closing, we dined inside. About 10 minutes to closing, one worker came over and said to us "Hey just to let you know, we close in 10 minutes. But no rush at all you guys take your time." No exaggeration, five minutes after they close, the same worker came over and said they were closed and asked us to leave. Just overall service and attitude of several of the people that work in this store is not the greatest and to be honest the place is horribly managed. Let Chick-fil-A get a hold of that DQ and run it for a while. What inspired this review he might ask? Well I was on the way to the airport to pick up some friends and decided to stop in for a quick bite. I went inside to order it to go, and waited forever before eventually I had to leave without ordering food because there were a bunch of other people waiting on their orders and I knew it was going to be forever until I got mine and I hadn't even ordered yet. Seriously DQ get it figured out. I'm not one to typically write long reviews, but I guess you could say their terrible service And repeat bad customer...
Read moreA few days ago, I was the only customer inside the restaurant. There were at least 4 people working inside. My order was a carry out and consisted of 2 burgers, large cheese curds, one small blizzard and one ultimate brownie (the cost of which is somehow $30). After waiting about 10 minutes, the child that took my order brought me the 2 ice creams. He then walked back over to the grill area where he was joined by 3 other employees, all of which were just standing around, talking and laughing. After waiting about 15 more minutes, and $9 worth of ice cream melting away, I decided to ask what was taking so long. Keep in mind, there are still no other customers inside the store. One of the children replied with "we are just waiting on the patties. Just trying to use up whatever meat we have". This obviously means that they were trying to re-cook old meat or something to this effect, which still shouldn't have taken over 20 minutes. I demanded my money back and went elsewhere. Moral or the story is...this place is gross and the children working inside are the most unprofessional cooks I have ever seen. With how expensive the food is, you're honestly better off going to an actual restaurant or any other...
Read moreHaven't been into this dairy Queen in a long time. Wanted to get a banana split to share. First of all I did realize the bowl size change and the smaller amount of ice cream. That was a little sad to see the portion size change but what was really depressing was the slimy half rotten banana that I received in my banana split. I went ahead and showed the people up front, my spoonful of sludge-filled banana and the lady graciously said she would remake it. It was a sweet gesture to suggest but I could hear in the background from another employee that all the bananas were rotten. Why keep around rotten bananas?...maybe you should throw them away. What I don't get is why they thought they should serve it in the first place. They could have easily refunded me my money when they realized they were bad and spared me the mouth full of sludge but instead they keep rotten bananas around and hide them under whipped cream. After I told her it was fine that I didn't need another, I expected them to suggest a refund but instead I was met with confusion. So I left, I will...
