I ordered online almost an hour in advance, with a pickup time of 6:30. My 17 year old daughter arrived at 6:25 pm. She stated she was there to pick up an online order. The lady she was speaking with immediately scoffed and got an attitude and stated loudly, "Oh, you mean the online order that was just placed?" My daughter stated she believed her mother had placed it about 40 minutes ago but she was fine with waiting. The lady again repeated loudly, multiple times (while other staff laughed) that they would get right on making the online order that was JUST placed. Fine, whatever. Then, after 7-or 8 minutes, they send the newest young employee out to tell my daughter they are out of cole-slaw and biscuits. My daughter called me and I told her to request large green beans to replace the large coleslaw and see what they had to replace biscuits. She was brought a small green beans and that was it. I had my daughter attempt to hand the phone to the staff so that I could speak to them because at this point they had made my daughter very uncomfortable. I could hear the conversation when my daughter politely asked if someone would speak to me as i was the one who place and paid for the order. The gentleman in the background laughed and said no, "For what, I ain't talking to nobody." She said again she just wants to speak with you, please speak with her. He laughed again and said " About what, the biscuits and coleslaw, we gave you green beans, you can tell her all that." At this point, I asked my daughter to put me on speakerphone and a lady jumped in. I informed them they had been rude to my daughter, not completed my order and then refused to speak to me when the phone was offered. The lady immediately started yelling with an attitude and said "Rude to who daughter, I wasn't rude to nobody. I didn't refuse to speak to you, I just got here. What I said was I wouldn't touch nobody phone, I told her to put it on speaker." She continued to be loud about not being rude to nobody. I told her she could speak to me on the phone or my husband or I could come up in person. She immediately stated "Come on up here then, see what happens, that's what 911 is for." At this point I instructed my daughter to leave the partial order they had given her and leave the store as the staff were all being aggressive and rude and my daughter was very anxious. My husband drove up to talk to the staff in person. All staff refused to provide a name or title, except one young gentleman named William, who was polite and apologetic but stated he had just started. The first lady my husband spoke with refused to identify if she was or was not a manager. They were not rude to my husband and they did re-make the order, they miraculously found cole-slaw and offered toast to replace biscuits. They acted like they had no idea who they were rude to and stated they never spoke to anyone on the phone (me) and were not rude on the phone. The Manager eventually came out of the office (identified by her different uniform) though she turned her badge around and refused to speak to my husband at all, allowing her staff to handle the situation. Upon speaking to my daughter, it was the Manager (identified by her uniform) who she initially spoke with that was rude to her and who yelled at me on the phone. All other staff refused to apologize or admit any wrong-doing in being rude, aggressive and even threatening to my 17 year old daughter. This behavior is absolutely appalling and unacceptable, especially considering it was lead by someone in a position of management/authority. I have placed a complaint with corporate and I do expect a response but I WILL NOT patronize this establishment again. Also, the chicken tasted...
Read moreOrdered at the drive thru, paid for food at the window and got it drinks, then suddenly they forgot what we ordered and that we ordered... They immediately asked us if we ordered something we hadn't, asked us to pull forward so they could bring us or food. Several minutes later after a few cars in the drive thru behind us had gotten their food and left, a worker comes out to ask if we were waiting on something, we reminded them about our food. Several more minutes and several more cars getting their food later.... I decide to try to go inside. They ask me to go around and thru the drive thru (again?) to order. I remind them that I already ordered, they state that I didn't pay, I remind them that I did and that they asked us to pull forward. They asked if we had an online order... I showed them the receipt they just gave me at the drive thru window and asked if they were serious. As I approached the drive thru window on foot, they then brought our food to the door as if it was already made and waiting.
The food itself wasn't bad, but the experience...
Read moreWhen I got home with the food I noticed I was missing my 2 kids meals (I received there drinks but food was missing) Believe me I get it things happen. My intent was not to write a bad review for leaving food out. I left the kids and hubby at home with food and went back up to Hardees with my receipt. (I live about 3 miles up the road) I was told that if I didn't have the food to prove I didn't receive it then I shouldn't be getting free chicken fingers. On my way over there I told myself, this can be a great review I give or a bad one. Its all in customer service and how they deal with this situation of not giving me food I paid for. The girl was very argumentative and even lied about the manager saying I shouldn't receive the food. When I then asked for the manager she had no idea what I was talking about. I told her one of her employees is obviously telling me one thing and her another. The moral to the story is if you have bad customer service you get...
