Yummy Hibachi and Sushi — Restaurant in Port Royal

terrible experience. i ordered the pick 2 sushi rolls lunch special. (they also have a pick 3) when we got our food i decided i wanted a 3rd roll from the pick 3 options. Upon receiving my bill they rang up my 3rd roll full price instead of making me meal the pick 3 rolls lunch special. i asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and told me how what i’m saying doesn’t make sense and since i didn’t order all 3 at once i have to pay full price. I told me wife we are never coming back here. and the manager overheard me and said “yes, please” we frequent this restaurant and have spent birthdays, family dinners, etc. here spending a ton of money and this is the respect we get. Note we are the only people here. NEVER coming back.

Response to their response- This is absolutely insane. The 3rd roll they gave me is the EXACT SAME ROLL that i had ordered with the pick 2 sushi rolls. when i told the waiter. She said to me “yes your are right, i will go fix it.” so me and the waiter were on the same page the whole time. It is the MANAGEMENT that is not. and I did not get rude at all until the manager insulted my intelligence telling me how “i don’t make sense.” And the rudeness they’re talking about is probably when all i said was “whatever” because the manager was so rude and running in circles. Their response is absolutely insane and i cannot believe they have the audacity demand respect after they way they treated us. It’s crazy how after we say we won’t come back that they say “we’re no longer welcome”

Furthermore i want to add i NEVER asked for a discount. i just asked to be charged what their menu says the prices are. they 100% STOLE MONEY from me and my wife.

This place isn’t great at all… it’s AMAZING!! It’s… YUMMY! I am not a local and recently visited to celebrate my son’s birthday. From the moment I walked in I just knew there was something different about this place. I don’t know if it was the warm welcome or the soothing music but Yummy did it right. The staff greeted us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our meal. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and let me tell you HOW amazing the birthday song was! The staff sang us a song accompanied with a drum and it truly made my son’s birthday. The sushi here is a true culinary delight. As somebody who has traveled from Zimbabwe to Japan I can tell you the sushi here is extremely fresh and delicious— and I honestly would have thought it was authentic had I not known I was in Beaufort. Everything was presented beautifully and the staff was super attentive. The hibachi was absolutely DELICIOUS as well. I have never ever in my fifty four years of life had food this good. Overall, Yummy is a gem for anyone looking to indulge in authentic food and great service. I will certainly be coming back. And my son will definitely celebrate his next...

worst Asian food I have ever eaten sincerely in my entire life! they ruined my birthday! the bill was $157 and it was so not worth 50 at all they're not only the worst Asian I've ever eaten in my entire life but you should just avoid this place at all cost, drive to Bluffton or eat it that much better nicer place by the IHOP because I'm telling you this place is in the ghetto it's in the cracktown and believe me when I tell you they deserve to be, this is I love love Asian food I love Japanese food this was the worst Japanese Asian food I've ever eaten in my entire life literally and I never order steak and I ordered steak and it was so tough and I got it medium so it wouldn't be tough they don't give you silverware they don't give you knives it is too tough to chew couldn't even bite through it worst meal ever and I wish they hadn't put my photo on the wall!
