Went through the drive through, no cars but mine, ordered 2 burgers and 2 sides. Got to the window, and gave my card to pay, hardly any greeting from the cashier. I had to ask for my receipt. She then told me I had to pull forward to wait for my food, but there was no line behind me! So, I sat there at the window for a minute or two, while she closed the window and turned her back on me. This was never acceptable when I worked at my first fast food job! Then, she opened the window and again told me I had to move up, so I pulled forward and just as I was pulling forward there was another associate bringing my food out to me - this could have been simply handed to me through the window! I took the food and I did not double check the bag, my mistake! I got all the way home and one of the burgers was not in the bag. I looked at my receipt and they did charge me for both. So, I had to drive all the way back to BK to get my other burger. I went inside and there was no line at the counter, but one guy behind the counter was leaning with his back to me. I walked up and asked for a manager, which he ignored so I don't know if he was the manager or not. So, I proceeded to tell him that I was shorted one burger and would like to get that now, as I showed him my reciept. He looked at it, turned and yelled at the crew in the kitchen, "Hey you remember that Jr. Whopper we forgot earlier, I need it again, now!" No other words did he speak to me, as I waited. When the burger was done and wrapped and in the bag, he walked up to the counter and just handed me the bag. No, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing!! It was like I WAS THE INCONVENIENCE to HIM! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BURGER KING AGAIN! I am also calling the corporate headquarters for customer service and letting them know what a terrible experience this was! We tried calling the local store and they never answered and it went to a message that said the party you are trying to reach is not available at this time, please try again later, and they hangs up. Read moreI’ve visited this Burger King on August 27 at around 7:15 PM I order a No carb fish sandwich Sandwich we I wanted just like a sandwich minus the bread when I pulled out from the drive-through and checked my food the sandwich was not fixed correctly I turned around and asked him to look at it and do it again for me the young man at the register did not have a problem with doing so however the young lady that he gave the sandwich to frowned up at my food and we telling the other young man to just throw some cheese on it and leave me alone when I told her that that’s not the attitude to have when you’re serving customers and that’s not the attitude to have when you’re fixing peoples food she proceeded to tell me f….me. I told her the way she was acting was very ignorant and that she lacks manners and customer service. When I asked for a refund manager on duty didn’t even know how to give me a refund she stated that she was new and just started the job long story short the service was horrible. I drove through the drive-thru, and was greeted by a male employee. I asked "Can I get a Bacon King combo?" To which the employee responded with "Not today you can't." And refused to elaborate.
I left the line, and watched as others were able to order and get food.
Don't get me wrong, if the issue was something like "Sorry, we're out of bacon" or "Sorry, we can only take cash at the moment", or even "we're a little short staffed, can you come inside to order?" I'd gladly change up my order or just thank them for their time and go somewhere else. Wouldn't even be worth making a review at that point.
