Dude, this is the 2nd time that i got an attitude from this place. The first time I ordered thru the mobile app and the drive-thru order intercom validated, my order was here on the system. Then, a manager pointed to me that it's my fault that I should've ordered thru the app. I said I did. The lady said it's in the system. She still says it's my fault! Today, again, I ordered thru the app. The lady said to pick up the order. I said "it's mine because I have this number, and I ordered thru the mobile app." She said "you should've gone to the drive thru!" I said "it's a MOBILE ORDER APP that I ordered and chose to pick in the counter by the app." She said "it's doesn't say mobile order on the ticket. " Jesus, I get some older folks aren't tech savvy. But I'm not that kind of person who will be mad at mistakes or misunderstandings by fast food workers, because I used to be one. But these employees are defending themselves so hard to be right. I never fought back at all. All I ever got was a side of attitude, like if it's my fault. They definitely need customer service training soon. Be careful with some older employees here.

Our son graduated Marine Boot camp at Parris Island on Friday. The first thing he wanted was McDonald's. This location was just outside Parris Island so we stopped here. Our Marine ordered first in our family and as we stepped up to give our order, I noticed he had a receipt in his hand and told him he didn't have to pay, that we were paying. He said he didn't and this gentleman behind the counter quietly said "I covered it". I was so blown away and grateful for this McDonald's employee! I am sure they get a LOT of new Marines there after graduation and they could go broke doing this. This kind gesture brought tears to my eyes! Great job for McDonald's for hiring a kind hearted American like this. Please go and support a business like this that supports our troops!!!

This is a typical McDonald's, and I am giving it a 5 star not based on food though the food was fresh and hot, I am giving it a 5 star based on one particular employee. While all the staff was professional, polite and efficient, this one employer went out of her way to make sure our table was clean, she chatted with us and was extremely efficient and absolutely wonderful. Her name is Eleanor and she is awesome! Thanks for making our day, Eleanor, our son graduated Marine Corps boot camp today and you made it even better!

This is a typical McDonald's, and I am giving it a 5 star not based on food though the food was fresh and hot, I am giving it a 5 star based on one particular employee. Simply horrible. Ordered a McCrispy Deluxe. What I got was a burnt bun, overcooked chicken, zero lettuce, tomatoes that came over with Columbus in 1492. Decided to return it for money back. Asked someone to help, and they said they would get the manager. A person came out and said they would make it right. I told them I did not want anymore product, only my money back. I guess it was the person who made it poorly in the first place. He left and brought out the “Manager”. I was met with “what’s wrong”. I said I wanted my money back and she said their manager and district manager would not allow refunds. Well, this was a lie pure and simple, because after telling her I didnt want another product, I only wanted a refund, I got one 2 minutes later. As I turned to walk away, she started verbally abusing me. She never even looked at the sandwich to see what I was talking about regarding the poor quality. I tried to ask her if she felt any responsibility for the issue and she started yelling at me. I walked to my car and she followed me out into the parking and continued yelling at me with some of the worst language I have ever heard. MF and all the other forbidden ones - a real classy one for sure. I came home, sold all my McDonal’s stock, called the corporate office to report the incident and there we go - on with the evening. It's McDonald's, what can you say about the food. The taste has not changed, so I'm going to base my stars off the service and only the service and that has pretty much been the same. The one person I knew that worked there in all the times I have been there, who was the night manager is the only person that cared about the speed and quality of the food, she always had a smile and knew almost all of the customers personally. She no longer is there and I see that McD's is back at it.. forgetting to put all the food you ordered in the bag, messing up the order,taking too long to make your food (specifically when you're on a lunch break, and can't even escape the line to go elsewhere because of the sorry way they decided to make the drive through) plus with taking forever to make your food, you sometimes have to move up and have someone bring your food out cause even though you sat in the line and waited your whole lunch break for them to make your food and two peoples in front of you, you still for whatever reason have to wait for something of yours to be made, then when you get it, the fries are luke warm to cold, your food is sloppily thrown together, something is left out of the bag and your thirsty because you drank all your darn drink waiting .The food like I said is McDonald's and it does the job on the taste buds, but I'm giving my stars on everything else... find another worker like you wonderful night manager. This McDonald’s only saving grace is Lin! I went for a late night food run and I think I honestly waited about 15 minutes just to order and another 15 to actually get my food. The guy who took my order was sooo rude! I would say one thing and before I can even finish my sentence he would cut me off. Because of this I forgot to say one part of my order.

When I got to the window… the sweetest nicest girl, Lin, as soon as we drove up I mentioned that I needed to add something if that was okay with her if not then I’ll go around. She said it was fine and added it. The guy in the back taking orders looked me directly in the eyes and said “UGH DO NO TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW, just finish hers and that’s it” And I get it, I work in food service but if he had been patient when I was ordering I wouldn’t have had to order at the window. But anyways, Lin spoke to us with kindness and patience and was apologetic for the wait. She is the only reason for this higher rating. Because the guy in the back was just throwing our food in the bag and he forgot part of our order but since this location closes at 11pm I wouldn’t go back for the rest of my order
