Yes Tony it's absolutely true. I know what the delivery time says on my app. I know it's a second time that I left a bad review because I left it. I'm wondering how you would even say that is not true when you didn't ask me any details to show concern. You didn't ask me who was talking under their breath either. By the way, it was the chubby older lady and I believe she had dark hair. Don't worry about the "challenge", you can have it. Instead of challenging me, challenge your crew to speed up and not talk about people when they are their presence. It's not worth my time especially when you never asked me any details from the start. Like I said, people like your food. Anyways, good for them I just don't like the lack of service or concern. I hope you sell a billion wings this Sunday. GO FINS!!!!!!! This is my second time doing another slow delivery from this place. I'm with a third-party delivery service anda they do not care about speed. I literally waited 27 minutes this time for my customers food. They did not care when and when I told them I had been here a while they were whispering stuff under their breath. I went back in the kitchen to check on the food 4 times. I stopped eating from this place about a year-and-a-half ago for the same reason and nothing has changed. The food is not bad but the service sucks......SMH ☹️ 👎TONY!!!!! I don’t normally write reviews good or bad but this was a must. The management should have done more without any question asked. My brand new jeans are ruined. Warning Be very careful when ordering any of the wings that have sauce. They serve from a basket that has wholes at the bottom and if they don’t put enough paper at the bottom it will leak out. But the reason for my bad review was not because the basket leak because these things happen but because of the lack of urgency and or compassion from management and staff not even I am sorry. Instead of comping my meal the manage gave me his business card and said if I had any trouble to call him which is absolutely ridiculous, he should’ve off the bat said he was comping my entire meal but he didn’t. I let it go because my entire family was together and we were sending off my great niece back to Italy, and didn’t want to ruin the night. So I kept quiet, which is not my norm. I figured let me wait and see if the managers is going to do the right thing and surprise me and take care of my bill because of the mess that was made. The bus boy then threw away my drink that I was still drinking that was pretty much full. That put me over the edge I was done I was over it. My sister approached the manager to ask him to comp my meal which should’ve been comped from the beginning and we should not have had to ask for it to be comped. The manager Agreed after my sister approached him. The unprofessional way that the manager and the entire staff handled this situation is absolutely ridiculous and they should all be embarrassed of their behavior. I have worked in the food, industry and service industry all my life. This is not the way they should’ve handled the situation. Beware if you dare to eat at Lefty’s. Also, when I first got there, I went straight to the bathroom to wash my hands floors are sticky and dirty. I was very disappointed in my visit at Lefty’s.. very dirty place. If the areas that the customers are in are dirty, which they were, I could only imagine how filthy the kitchen must be. Again, beware if you dare to...

My wife and I went there for first (& last) time last night. We made the bartender aware of that fact when we asked about the drink specials we saw on this page. (Basically the reason we went) She knew nothing about them but asked a manager. We got our beers. There was an obnoxious crowd at end of bar. We ordered wings and they came in good time. Not impressed some very small and lacking in meat as well as overcooked. The crowd at end of bar got louder as time went by. We mentioned it to bartender and was told they knew some were intoxicadted and had been serving them "fake" shooters. (made me wonder if they were being charged full price for real ones) She went on to say we won't keep serving. In my mind that would have been the time to ask the group to leave instead. We finished our beers and our glasses set empty while the groups got a couple more rounds. We fininshed our wings and the baskets, used paper towels and plates with bones sat piled in front of us along with our still empty beer glasses for 18 minutes. (I timed it) Halfway through our waiting for another round we motioned to original bartender to come she knodded but never came.When I was finally able to get attention of bartenderIi asked for the check, left no tip and even commented to adjoining patron we will never return.
