PARCERO FOOD TRUCK — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

This is, hands-down, the best burger 🍔 in the STATE! This quaint little food truck is serving some AMAZING tasting food. I was initially brought to this phenomenal truck by my cousin who, one day, decided to stop here on his lunch break while at work. He took me here and his first statement was "Hey bro, don't look at the price just get what you want". Obviously that statement had made me think that the prices were going to be higher than most places for burgers. On the contrary, they were favorable to the regular price of a burger at any restaurant. So they range from $10 to $15 with $3.50 to add fries 🍟(which you do have to specify). So typically you'll pay "about" $20 for a meal 🍔 🍟 🥤 with the HIGHEST possible amount being $24.50 because of adding a freshly made juice. This isn't the only food they serve but it's all I've tried so far but that will change this week 🤣. I'm just enamored with taste of the burgers they serve with a couple of them being nontraditional and excitingly delicious. This place has become my absolute 💯 favorite place to get food from. The owners are predominantly Spanish speakers but if you don't speak Spanish do not worry. There is nothing that will prevent you from pointing at what you want and get it prepared to your exact specifications. There menu is in both English and Spanish and the items that are placed on it are also listed. And thank God that both languages use the word "no" in the same way so you can tell them "no lettuce or tomato". The only reason I gave a 3 star rating for atmosphere is due to the fact that you CAN sit outside under a canopy with two picnic tables and fans blowing on you but it's not very comfortable in the Florida weather. It also is in a hard-to-find spot if you weren't actually looking for it. It's behind a car wash one street north of US1 & Crosstown Parkway. One day, after a bunch of us on here either repost this or spread the word in any way, maybe they will get a brick and mortar restaurant that I'm sure will be just as phenomenal as their food is. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get your food brought right to your car or to the table your at. Just place your order and tell them what car your in.

Absolutely delicious! This Colombian food truck totally exceeded my expectations. We tried their Angus homemade hamburgers and the maicitos with beef—both were phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced, especially the sauces, which added just the right kick without overpowering anything.

The potatoes were crunchy and fresh, not oily at all, and the cheese was rich but not greasy. Everything was made to order, and you could really tell it was prepared with care and high-quality ingredients.

The juices were like a refreshing frappé, perfect for the Florida heat. The vibe was great too—music playing, clean seating, tidy tables.

The service was excellent. We were greeted right away, and even though everything was made fresh, we didn’t have to wait long at all. You can tell the person in charge takes pride in what they’re serving.

Authentic and delicious Colombian food. Everything felt of high quality. I ordered the ‘Maicito Bacano,’ and each bite was better than the last. My boyfriend got the ‘La Dulce’ burger, which has sweet plantains and is delicious. For lovers of sweet and savory flavors, it’s an excellent choice.
