Went here to eat with friends before a wedding and accidentally left my AirPods on the table. Realized it about 10 minutes later and called the location. They got ahold of the waitress and she said she has them and I would be good to come grab them whenever! I said âokay great, Iâll have my girlfriend grab them in her way to the weddingâ because I had to get ready for the wedding. A few hours go by and my girlfriend shows up to Perkins. After waiting for 20 minutes they come back to her and say they have no idea where they are and the waitress and hostess went home. I was pretty upset, but realized things happen! I was told by the owner to call back tomorrow. Called back and they said they had them! YES!! I was so happy and sorry for extending my upset feelings towards them. I went in grabbed the AirPods, opened them up and all looked great! An hour later I went to use them⌠when doing so my IPhone immediately prompted me with a message saying that these are not my AirPods and the ones I had are unrecognized. Thought nothing of it aside from one of the employees changing the name of the AirPods. Come to find out my working AirPods were replaced with a completely broke pair and nobody knows anything! The owner stated that they truly care and would investigate, but after speaking with her multiple times I doubt sheâll do anything. Very sad to know that the owner is okay with having thieves work in their business! Completely unacceptable and truly disappointed with the lack of care. I can understand that it was completely my fault, but the moment your employee said that they are safe and sound, was the moment the business was left accountable. PERKINS OF PSL DO BETTER!! Itâs not even the fact that I have to now spend more money due to your location, but the premise of it all. As a former GM Im Hospitality, I can say this should NEVER happen to one of your guests or customers.

Again, the only thing that was hit was the stuffing underneath and the gravy. Mashed potatoes were ice cold. My friends was fine. He tasted mine to verify. Waitress never returned. When she finally did and I wasnât eating I told her how unhappy I was. She said she even put it in the microwave before she came out of the kitchen. She said she would speak to the manager. No one ever came back so I went up to the cash stand and she was coming in the front door holding her drink because she was out front smoking. When I said something to her she saidâMam, maybe Perkins isnât a good fit for you out loud so other patrons heard.The manager tried to credit my dinner but instead charged me twice. When he got frustrated and called the owner she got on the telephone and I explained what occurred. She apologized and said she would take care of it in the morning. Fast forward 4 days and I havenât received my credit. So today I called and she refused me and said she spoke to her server and looked at all her cameras and that I ate my dinner. I guess she must have been looking at my friendâs. I have been going into that location since I moved here over 30 years ago. I am in the restaurant business myself for many years and have never been treated like this ever nor was I ever taught to treat my customers as such. Itâs not the $12.00, itâs the principle and I will never return to this location ever. We have been going here for 30 years until recently when a waitress seemingly intimately involved with Manager, Anthony Bacci, did not want to warm up a muffin. She said that the cook wonât do it which would force her to have to do it. I explained that we have been coming here for 30 years and that they always heat up the muffins when asked. A different waitress brought us a warmed muffin. The troubled waitress became belligerent and apparently lied to the Manager about what transpired because he stuck up for her and would not take what we were saying into consideration. We attempted another visit and that same troubled waitress brought a cold muffin after we were finished eating and said: âThere, now you can have it for dessert (snickering).âThe same waitress caused a conundrum again at our last visit before today when we simply asked for a warmed muffin. She literally ran from the table straight to the manager and was completely supported and exonerated by this âmanagerâ who again, refused to take what we had to say into consideration. Today, we attempted to eat there and asked for a different waitress. The hostess seated us and everything was fine and pleasant until that same waitress saw us in a different waitresses section. Unbelievably, the manager Anthony Bacci, came to our table and asked us to leave. I explained as I had in the past today what transpired and he said âI Donât know the whole story.â We are appalled and have never in our lives been asked to leave a restaurant due to the misguided explanation of a waitress.
