HONEST UNBIASED REVIEW VERY UPSET AND HOPE YOUR GM SEES THIS! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I just left this establishment and ordered a Nachos Belgrande with light beans. I added some extra stuff and initially told them no beans, BUT then decided to get a little. I also ordered extra chips. I received my food and took a bite. As I did, I noticed a spoiled smell. At first, I wasn't sure if it was the meat or beans, but I know my nostrils were not fooling me. I went back thru the line so kindly and asked if they could remake the dish w/o the beans, and I explained to them that the beans smelled a little spoiled, or like they were about to start going bad. I also explained that I worked for the Bell in my teen years, so I know they are made every day, but I was just scared to eat this with that smell. The tall blond guy at the drive thru was less than accommodating and basically asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" He then went on to say, you said you worked for us, so you know we make them fresh. (HE tried to turn my words) I then explained to him that I only told him about my experience working there for him to understand that I wasn't trying to complain, but something was definitely wrong. I probably should have just said nothing, and maybe he would have been more customer service friendly. This upset me extremely!😡 Why not just say sorry for the mishap and replace the food without taking me through a whole disappointing spill and accusation? He offered No apology whatsoever. Why would I need to lie about what I smelled? On top of that, I was extremely polite about it. PLEASE, IF THIS WAS A MANAGER, THEN IM FLOORED. Do better Taco Bell at this location. Read moreMy boyfriend and I came through the drive through and ordered 2 loaded potato grillers and a frito burrito, along with a couple other items. We got our order and were trying to check our bag to make sure we had everything and the DT worker stared us down and huffed until we felt uncomfortable enough to leave without checking our whole order. We pulled forward to check the rest of our order without being stared down and realized that we had been given only 2 regular burritos and no grillers so we went back through the drive thru and the DT workers immediate response to us saying we were missing a burrito was “no your burrito is there”. We pulled forward and I explained to him there were no grillers and only regular burritos and he ARGUED with me about my order and said I had only ordered one griller when I actually ordered TWO and still had NONE. He then said to give him the burritos back so he could look at them and if I wanted my other griller I needed to pay for it. Mind you I never got a receipt to show if I paid for the 2 like I ordered or if I only paid for 1 and he never bothered to repeat my order back. Read moreCurrently: After speaking with a manager the following day it seems we have not encountered these ladies again. There seems to be many different staff members at this location and they are WONDERFUL! Now I am always greeted in a respectful and even joyful manner and that makes me smile. The food is always hot and never messy. That is a plus plus plus. Thank you TacoBell team at this location, you guys rock! A year ago review: Very disrespectful women. Went to visit March 19th at 1:11 am and the lady said to hurry up with the order with an attitude. Unbelievable, like who does she think she is talking to customers like that? I used to recommend people to come here to eat and would come here all the time but I will not be treated that way nor have my friends and family possibly get that same service. We literally took about less than 2 minutes before she said "you need to hurry up with your order". Mind you there was NOBODY behind us she said "it dont matter".
