Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Took my wife there for 7 dollar meal which included a Burger, soda, Fries and small sundae. Not expecting much for the price, I was surprised and how good the food, the service and inside the restaurant was. With "Oldies" music from the 50's and 60's quietly playing in the back ground, we were greeted at the counter by a smiling and helpful server. She explained the deal and processed our order. We were given a Plastic number to put on our table plus two self fill cups to pour our own drinks from the multi product "Coke" dispencer. We sat down as she said she would bring our food order out and then make the sundae's when we are ready. A few minutes later she brought the hot fries and burgers to our table with extra ketchup and napkins. Before she came another employee came by asking if we needed or wanted anything. The proportions were not huge, but hot and very tasty. A few minutes later the waitress was back asking if we were ready for the sundae's. We ordered them and a minute or two later we were surprised that the small sundae was larger than expected ( About two scoops of soft serve plus hot fudge on one and chocolate on the other.) It was clean, bright, and fun. We definitely will go back! Much better than other fast food...

Busy place. I did get an ice cream dish that I didn't like inside. As I was eating it in my car, it didn't taste like what I had ordered, so I went outside to the drive thru, ordered a shake instead, and told"a manager " my bad experience concerning the ice cream, hoping I'd get a credit towards my shake, NOT happening per manager. You ordered. You pay. So I did. But, I won't go back to DQ. Sad to lose a customer who resides in the same town over an ice cream the customer tells you doesn't taste like what they wanted.(My wife hates chocolate. She ordered the NY cheese cake blizzard. Tasted like chocolate she told me, her husband. I ordered something chocolate, and I was ok. But, we assumed that the person who made my wife's dish did not clean the mixer sufficiently, hence the chocolate taste. Most big name food chains would have Absolutely given my wife a refund period. Yet this " one of two managers" we were told by this man refused to yield even a credit towards our "next purchase of a milk shake ". I guess the customer is NEVER RIGHT AT DQ. Joy, Port...

Went into to DQ for a quick dine in lunch and to grab some food to take back to other family not with us. First, The gentleman who took our order was professional and extremely helpful. Part of our order was to go, so he offered to prepare these items after we were finished eating. Second, a lady brought my blizzard out to me and noticed we didn’t have any napkins at the table, without asking her to, she brought napkins for us to have at the table. Third, we ran out of ketchup and the gentleman who brought our food out, the same gentleman who took our order, noticed and brought more to us without us asking. Lastly, when we were ready to leave, the same you man noticed and started preparing our to-go food so it didn’t melt before we were back to the family who ordered. This was the absolute best “fast food” experience we’ve had in YEARS!! It was so refreshing to see an establishment ran with staff who truly embrace service. Thank you for the...
