30 minute wait and we only waited 17m so we were off to a good start... or so we thought. 10:17 We were seated and.. No greeting, no "hey sorry I'm slammed but I'll be with you in a second" just us sitting. I waited until 10:30 until I stopped someone and kindly asked if we were assigned a server. Diane happened to be who I stopped and she appologized, quickly took our drinks, and went to go check who was assigned to us before deciding to just cover us (She was awesome, so this was the best part of the debacle) our waitress later did come over to the table but Diane assured them she had us covered which seemed to relieve the other waitress as well. We ordered around 10:33, and our meal did not come out until 11:23, when we asked approximately how much longer during the waiting period someone actually came from the kitchen to tell us "do you want your food? Do we want it togo or do we still want to eat here?" As well as talking about how their ticket time was a little over an hour and they've been able to get their rush ticket times to 50 minutes while having their regular ticket times at 30m. Almost kind of snobish because when this individual brought food out they placed it on our table and went - see, this ticket time was only 36 m- it was not our food, it was the table next to us that sat after us, she was quickly corrected by someone and brought it to the correct table. We then immediately got our food which was very good! I throughly enjoyed my omelet, the toast was thick and soft (toasted but soft in a good way, not in a not toasted way). The hashbrowns were almost like extremely bumpy mashed potatoes compared to hashbrowns in my opinion, but that can be chalked up to preference. My main issue? The wait not only to be addressed by anyone (If I had not stopped somone who knows how long) and the almost sas we received when asking how much longer (my father had a time of 12:30 he had to be somewhere so it was a resonable ask), as well as the lack of postings stating it is a soft open (a note outside saying high volume = extending wait times is normally a given, if you're packed and the wait time is 30 minutes, that's normal/expcted). If they had anything posted claiming a soft open and to expect not just long wait times, but almost hour long ticket times with errored meals I would have had more grace. We only knew it was open due to visiting a neighboring shop that is open, so we had no clue how long they've been open, let alone still soft launches. My Stars will likely change once we go again and they've been open longer, since the food that we received(at least my meal) was very good! Huge shout out to Diane. She was ontop of my drinks, and checking in on us, after she took us ontop of her already extreme work load. Our bill was approx $32, with no drinks, just a note.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here this weekend. Sounds like they’re not fully trained (all staff around) as our server was more concerned about upcharging than just making the experience more personal and enjoyable. The food runners didn’t stay an extra second to ask if all was okay and food was delivered spaced apart so I wasn’t able to eat my meal as a whole. Looking around, it was a common issue of delayed food orders. The coffee had a funky taste and food was below par(personal opinion) - there were plates that looked more appetizing, though. At the end of my breakfast, I did ask for a manager to inform about my dislike for the food (I ate half and they took it away) and his reply was “sorry to hear that”. I left feeling unvalued and unappreciated as a customer when nothing was done to reconcile our dislike for the coffee, food, untimely food delivery, and overall mediocre trained staff. I’m not looking for a free meal or reply as I won’t be returning, but I want to raise attention to fixing issues with customers on the spot instead of seeing so many replies on the reviews asking people to come back to be taken care of. Be Aware and Courteous of your unhappy customers as many don’t enjoy speaking up (ie: “I noticed you didn’t finish your meal. Is there something you didn’t like or we can replace so you leave satisfied?”)! I would rather have written a 3-4 star review saying how the manager took the time to care for his customers even if the experience wasn’t the best.

Response to feedback: I do appreciate the timely response, but, unfortunately, you have pinned me as the wrong customer. I’m sorry to hear another customer has shared something similar, but I am not that one who received any free meal (as I stated, I would have had a different review if acknowledged and treated as such). I did not experience the break up of food deliveries at the PGA location but simple communication that pancakes are the “dessert” from all staff goes a long way for a happier, more clear experience. I did not come in on Sunday during peak time, I was seated right away so I did not even notice the sign on the door you’re mentioning. Regardless, this should another thing being communicated by all staff, “hey. We’re soft opening please bare with us as we are trying our best with wait times, food...

Went there on 9/28 for breakfast it was outstanding. Server just learning menu wasn’t the sharpest yet but could over look. Returned with friends tried dinner on the following Wednesday Oct 1. Met owner he stopped by table that was a plus! 3 of the 4 meals looked great but the Ruben was lacking… It DID NOT look like the same sandwich that was flashing by on the advertisement Screen above the bar. But iverall good food and good service. Returned again for breakfast this past Saturday. We brought family who have never been. Not totally packed we got a table immediately. The Service was horrendous, food came out staggered. Omelette was uncooked inside eggs still raw. French toast tasted very off but looked beautiful. Pancake syrup not the real stuff????? Our sever did t come to table for the first 18 mins!!!!! And really it did go downhill from there ….. Will return once more because we have been to PBG location and it was great as was the PSL location the first and almost second visit . Can see definite potential, but the food needs to be consistent and the servers will need to be trained better on the menu writing down the orders were taking them in electronically. Our server on Saturday morning entered the wrong omelette for my husband and again mine came out raw in the middle and all of the food was staggered so we didn’t all eat exactly at the same time Bad experience. Additionally, the tomatoes were mealie. They should try them before they serve them and make sure that they’re stored properly. This place has great potential. The hostesses were very warm and friendly, but the servers are an experienced and food seems to be...
