This review comes with a great deal of thought and time. I even waited the night before gathering my thoughts and reflecting so that my review was not on inpulse. I saw the instagram review video as well as reels that made my mouth water. Im a foodie. There isnt much i wont try or eat, and south american cuisine is one of my favs. I had hugh expectations booking our spot on Mothers Day 2025 (Sunday). We arrived on time at 5pm. We were sat and then left. 15min pass while we just sit, without menu, drinks, explanation of the rodizio (buffet). What seemed like the floor manager finally approached and joked about the lack of service. We were given water and menus. Our party of 9 had 7 who chose the buffet and 2 who ordered from the menu. My mom ordered the fettuccine with clams. We were warned of the timing because those who ordered entres would wait while others who chose the buffet would be eating so that was not a problem. However 1 guest asked for a ginger ale type drink and never got one. The buffet line was absolutely disappointing, the rice and pork was dried out. They had no lids on them to keep the moisture (noticed a fly, flying around), the salad bar was hopeless. The options at the buffet were slim and what seemed to be old. In regards to the cuts i tried a few and they did have flavor, the ribeye was my fav and one other in ny party loved the braised rib. However once we found what we liked it was forever before they came around again. At one point Val came out to say the clams were "bad" and would shrimp be a good substitute? I took my 3yo daughter to the restroom where there was no toliet paper and i had to use paper towels. I understand this a new facility and not franchise, however there are many many flaws and mistakes that need to be addressed and from some reviews 3 months ago its repeat issues with no changes. This was not worth $43 and we almost left first bite but i convinced everyone that it would be difficult to find somewhere else on Mothers Day to eat. I dont think we will be back. I really hoped it would have been all that it was promoted to be.

I don't mostly write reviews but for Val's Brazilian Grill in Port St Lucie I will. I've been hearing a lot of good things about this restaurant so I thought today for lunch I would give it a try. From when I walked in the door I got greeted by one of the owners Ed . He was very pleasant to talk to he asked if we've been here before and explained the menu which I appreciated. Spoke to him a while he told me where he grew up and I knew at that moment before trying the food I was in a family oriented restaurant that I used to eat growing up on Long Island that the food was going to be good cuz it's from the heart. Then his wife came up to me and introduced herself. Such a pleasure to speak to her. How many chefs come snd talk to there customer none since I lived her over 20 years. We had Val and Eds son as our waiter I did forget his name. He was such a pleasant young man that spoke to us for a while told me the love of his mom's passion in baking also,as long as cooking. He told me I had to try her desserts and he said trust me you'll love them. He told me about his recent trips that he took and I knew for sure again that I was going to love this place and I did. I had the Ridizo with salad bar. The salad bar had a hot station and a cold station. I didn't try everything off of the salad bar it was just too much but what I did try was delicious. They came out with sausage, chicken with bacon wrap, chicken wings and two different steaks. Everything was cooked to Perfection season perfectly not too much not too little. The pineapple on the skier blew me away. I was really overly shocked that there was not one thing that disappointed me in that restaurant. They even have these cute little push button on the table that if you want like a refill you just push the color and then if you want the next meat to come out you just push the button and they come right out there is no waiting the food came out hot. Perfect place to go eat if you want perfect food and perfect service hands down if I could give them more stars I would definitely give them a 10 ++. PSL has needed a really good family-oriented restaurant and thank you Val's Brazilian Grill. And you will be...
