I ordered a small French Vanilla Latte and requested them to please make it in a way that its not too bitter, not too sweet either. To put more milk instead of more French vanilla/sweetener. If the request was unusual or hard to understand, the cashier could've asked me in a different manner rather than pausing and saying, "I don't know what you're talking about." The three girls then started to stare at me as if I was asking for something that was impossible to achieve. So I explained by telling them that usually at other Dunkins they usually tell me they'll put more milk instead of putting more french vanilla so its not too bitter and not too sweet. They said I don't know what you're saying and we can't do that. I said its okay you can just make it the way you usually do and turned towards the restroom. They looked at each other and giggled which was ofcourse rude. I turned back around and said I know what I'm talking about and you guys don't have to laugh at that. I was going to head to the rest room again after saying that confused but one of the girls, lean and blonde (don't know her name) snapped saying "Girl, who said we're laughing at you?!" Even if they weren't laughing at what I said thats no way to address it and maybe have better timing. I ignored and went to the restroom. I wasn't asked if I want a receipt and wasn't given one. My friend's husband who was with us ordered a few minutes after me and was asked if he wants a receipt and he took it. I told him what happened and he handed the receipt to me showing me the sign at the store asking customers to fill out the survey to let them know how to make things better. You can definitely make things better by asking employees not to make customers feel unwelcomed or stupid and definitely not by laughing at them. Also, the bathrooms were...

REVIEW OF MANAGER:
At drive-thru, I ordered an XL hot water.
Employee began to manipulate me all over the place, pretending she didn't hear me. There was no reason for this; I couldn't have been more normal or kind.
She finally "heard" what I wanted, but said the hot water would cost $3.69. Obviously this wasn't correct, as I responded to her. She came up with a zillion excuses for why she couldn't charge me any less (it should be less than $1). She was controlling me up and down. She claimed, "I can't charge you any less," and "I don't know how to do that," etc., etc. etc. I finally asked if the Manager knew how to make the charge correctly. She replied that she was the Manager.
This "Manager" was trying to "get one up on me" so she could feel better about herself. It was nothing but basic, overall nastiness. Untreated alcoholic/addict behavior. .
No one will come back to a place like this.
This is not the first time this haas happened at this location to me. There is constant unacceptable behavior here by several of the employees. The place is a pit when it comes to customer service.
I strongly recommend to the DM that this Manager be let go, and that there be a very strong training of employees about what customer service is. Get...
Read moreUsually I have great service at this Dunkin, but the last 4-5 times that I have been there service has been awful. I order ahead on the app almost 10 minutes before I get there…because normally the ordering ahead feature means your food should be ready or at least almost ready by the time I get there…well this is not the case, the last few times I have had to wait 10-15 minutes after getting to Dunkin before I get my drink and food. Two of those times my food and drink were literally sitting behind the counter (my cold foam had dissolved). I didn’t leave a review the first time this happened because I thought maybe they just had an off day, but no it has continued. Can’t even enjoy my bagel bites because they are cold by the time I get them. I use to defend Dunkin when people would say Starbucks is better, not anymore, at least Starbucks doesn’t keep your food and drinks held hostage when you order ahead. Also when I get there and I am having to wait for 10-15 minutes after I already ordered 10 minutes before I got there, there is literally maybe 2 or 3 cars in the drive through line, so no reason it should take that long to make a stupid coffee and bagel bites. Sit down restaurants get food out faster than this Dunkin….I don’t think I will...
