Mind blowingly pathetic. I went inside to use my buy one get one free sandwich coupon. Everyone was standing around looking upset at me for walking into a restaurant for food. When someone finally decided to stop scowling at me and help me, it only got worse. They wouldn't accept my coupon even though it was valid, within date, and sponsored by McDonald's itself. It took 5 different staff members walking to the register and standing around looking at each other before they unanimously decided I could use my coupon at another McDonald's, but not this one. After being inside the establishment long enough to have ordered and received my food, I had made no progress on my lunch. I then take a seat in the lobby to calm down and make an order on my phone for drive thru pickup. I now wanted as little interaction as possible with these rude and simple people. After placing my order and paying for it on the mobile app, I proceeded to the drive thru and gave them my pickup code. The food took a while to come out. There was no greeting or pleasant interaction at the drive thru either, by the way. I was Okay with this because I just wanted my sandwich and to get away from this awful place. I drive off after receiving my bag only to check it and see that my order was wrong. Wrong AND COLD. I actually unwrapped the food to check and see if it was fresh because it took some time to get it. Nope. Cold food, wrong food, too much time, refused my coupons, rude staff, and to top it all off the place was not well kept. This experience was so terrible that I will never eat at another McDonald's again. I feel foolish for ever having gave this place my money but it will never happen again. Whoever reads this, I hope your experience is better than mine. Especially with the insane prices they demand for unhealthy and poor quality food/service/atmosphere. Good...
Read moreMy family and I are stopped here at the Pilot that this restaurant is located inside of as I'm an over the road driver. We visited this location for breakfast this morning with no issues. Come in this afternoon and we purchased from the Subway also located in this Pilot and as we are seated and my wife is placing an order in the McDonald's app we are informed that we were not allowed to sit there unless we were a McDonald's customer. My wife said to the young girl I'm placing an order at the moment I'm aware of your sign and the girl turns to start talking to another employee who proceeds to come try to stand over my young son. I told them to send over the manger who then proceeds to ramble off how the girl is just doing her job. I tried to explain to her she didn't do it well because if so she would have been smart enough to realize we were placing an order to which everyone walked away from us so not being able to trust their service from that point we were forced to cancel the order and patronize other businesses...
Read moreWe stopped off the interstate to grab lunch. We had been driving since 6am. My wife was a little tired and hungry. The employee taking our order was accurate with our order. However my wife being tired wasn’t paying attention to what she was ordering or it populating on the Order screen. The Mc Donald’s employee taking our order was very professional. Asked us if we wanted to order more of what we had already ordered or was the order on our screen correct? My wife being frustrated pulled up to the window and went to apologize to the employee at the window. When the employee opened the window she asked my wife what she had ordered. When my wife repeated it back to her the employee started to hand us our order. Absolutely free. Regardless of the food being free, I just wanted to take a minute to thank the employees at this Mc Donald’s again. The service you provided us today was phenomenal.
