Absolutely the worst service we have ever had anywhere. The server(Hannah) acted as if she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t want to get our app order until we were ready to order our food. When our food came(food runner brought it) we didn’t see our server for a bit, she finally came around and I told her the bacon was missing from my sandwich and I’d like to get it, she turned to walk away. I was like “wait we need mayo, mustard and another drink plz” she brought that stuff back to the table. We ate what we could. Our burgers were still pink(we both asked for well done) and the French fries tasted as if they were microwaved. We slid our plates to the side and were finished(barely ate it) she finally brought out the bacon but we were done. Then she brought our $60 bill, asked how it was(clearly seeing we didn’t eat) when we told her she goes “well I didn’t cook it and walked away” She came back, collected the cc and billed us out. When she brought the receipt back we asked for the manager because my husband said “I can’t believe we’re paying $60 for food we didn’t eat” she looked at him and laughed and said “what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for the manager and she continued to stand there and argue with me about the food. I got up walked away to the hostess stand and asked for the manager. They went and got her and she came out right away, I seen Hannah trailing behind her talking. I explained everything and how the server was, I’ve never in my life encountered a server like that, the manager was the nicest lady ever!! Since the bill had already been paid she did give us a gift card and we will try again.
