Went on July 3rd, was only waiting for about 30 minutes for food to come after ordering and then our waiter came over to let us know the pizzas were backed up over 40 minutes in the back and ours was just put in. We had ordered their pickle bread and a large pizza. We asked about the burger status and if we who ordered pizza should place a different type of order instead if the pizzas would be too long. The waiter told us the kitchen in general now was backed up and changing the other wouldn’t be good.
We sat another 20-30 for the burgers to come, about an hour total of waiting time now. We asked for an update on the pizzas and bread, the server was not able to give any update. NO manager had made their way to any other table around us. I overhead a couple of other tables expressing their disappointment in not speaking to a manager, no updates, no comps on food. The waiter offered to put our pizza and bread to go, we said yes.
Our over 1/2 of our table ate their food, theirs was at least good and warm enough when it came out. At this point it’s been an hour and 20 minutes and no pickle bread or pizza. Server hadn’t been over in awhile to check in, offer an explanation, and no manager still. We asked for their check to pay for the burgers, we took another 10-15 to wait to check out and leave and no pizzas to go.
The name Fast Eddie’s is the most ironic part of this first experience here.
After leaving then, those without food picked up Arby’s right down the road, an employee let us know “management is awful there, runs out their employees and they know the owner very personally.”
Overall, if it’s not busy, I would recommended, food looked great for the few people actually being served it. If it’s busy,...
Read moreCalled a week in advanced to see if a birthday package for a small group was doable. I got an absolutely no problem answer. Called two days before asking if I needed to pay for the party. Nope just come in- They party comes with outdoor seating, pizza bar, ice cream, unlimited soda and party utensils and 3hrs of unlimited outdoor time. We got there and they seated us in the dining room. I said I have a party for outside. Girl looked at me and pointed out the window and said we don’t have outside seating. No decor, utensils nothing… When it came time to order I said we are here to do a party. Girl said I don’t know anything about that. Manager comes over and states they don’t do a party for less than 10 people. The website says 15 but whatever…I stated I called and was told it was OK. She comes back after talking to some manager higher up and was told that they Thought we were just going to sit inside the restaurant and order off the menu. For a kids birthday party? She then said she would honor our party request for $25 per kid for games and two pizzas. Mind you their packages are $22 for two hours and $30 for three hours. Three hours is the one I had asked for online. So not only did I get shorted an hour. I got charged a price that isn’t even part of their packages. What the heck!!! I Had to ask for my son’s drink to be removed from the bill as that was part of the package, pizza order was wrong and I had to ask for ice cream because we were never offered that per the package listing every kid gets a cone. No utensils. The girl in the back told us they don’t do ice cream anymore, even though it says it online. She was very kind and offered ice cream out of the case. What an...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst service we have ever had anywhere. The server(Hannah) acted as if she didn’t want to be there. Didn’t want to get our app order until we were ready to order our food. When our food came(food runner brought it) we didn’t see our server for a bit, she finally came around and I told her the bacon was missing from my sandwich and I’d like to get it, she turned to walk away. I was like “wait we need mayo, mustard and another drink plz” she brought that stuff back to the table. We ate what we could. Our burgers were still pink(we both asked for well done) and the French fries tasted as if they were microwaved. We slid our plates to the side and were finished(barely ate it) she finally brought out the bacon but we were done. Then she brought our $60 bill, asked how it was(clearly seeing we didn’t eat) when we told her she goes “well I didn’t cook it and walked away” She came back, collected the cc and billed us out. When she brought the receipt back we asked for the manager because my husband said “I can’t believe we’re paying $60 for food we didn’t eat” she looked at him and laughed and said “what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for the manager and she continued to stand there and argue with me about the food. I got up walked away to the hostess stand and asked for the manager. They went and got her and she came out right away, I seen Hannah trailing behind her talking. I explained everything and how the server was, I’ve never in my life encountered a server like that, the manager was the nicest lady ever!! Since the bill had already been paid she did give us a gift card and we...
