Owner is clearly incompetent and doesn’t understand some basic common sense which in turn is also a little bit of common courtesy to post up when they’re closed. Sat at the drive-through for about a solid five minutes said hello a couple times people in uniform or outside screaming around their vehicles messing around. Which possible could been on break and that’s fine, So then I pulled around to the window in case the microphone was broken. People in uniform we’re sitting down at the tables looked over at me at the window said her gestured nothing and just walked out of sight. It’s out there for another few minutes figured someone would say something or maybe there was a spill or something inside service trying to be patient and just wait. Didn’t wanna be rude or honk my horn or anything like that. The owner then had walked by another few minutes later and just wave me off. Very simple solution that if you have half a brain would be to either put cones in the driveway, or simply turn your menu off that would indicate you’re closed. It’s a pretty common sense so customers don’t come by and waste their time just waiting around for not a single employee with some common decency to just say they’re closed. Or tape a sign in the window that says sorry they are closed. Wont bring my business...
Read moreI've been going to this location for at least 3 years, today I walked inside to order and couldn't believe what I witnessed. The staff, for the most part has been very friendly over the years, yet today I had to see the MANAGER treat her employees terribly. I saw her with one employee, I watched her bump into her as she walked by, watched her roll her eyes at her and shoved an order of doughnuts into her staff member's hands. The managers name tag said Helena, the employee she was mistreating was explaining that she wasn't trained hands on and she is new. She yelled at her in front of the drive thru window where there was a customer waiting, busy inside and out, being short handed on staff, all these should be more reasons to treat your team (as a manager) that you do have there working, better that what I witnessed. I'm sorry but i don't condone bullying in a any environment and I had to watch just that. Read moreWent in yesterday to get my favorite drink of a large iced cold brew with only 1 pump of mocha, cream and a turbo/espresso shot NO sugar. I was told unfortunately our machine is not working and they made my drink wrong without the turbo shot 3 times, i was ok with no turbo shot but they kept putting 3 shots of mocha, I was not understanding why they couldn't count to "1" So I called the next day to see if their machine was still not working and the lady acted as if I was the retartded one saying we only have hot and iced coffee, I asked you don't make lattes she says no. Ok that's fine if you just don't make lattes, then you don't, but Dunkin has been advertising their amazing latte and espresso beverages so I was shocked that this one claims they dont make them. And why the day before you say your espresso machine is broke instead of telling me that day you don't even have espresso. I'll be taking my business to another location from now on, to a Dunkin that has what they advertised. Gave it 1 star cuz I wasn't able...
