Tony's Pizza Porterville — Restaurant in Porterville

I booked the party room for 7pm. I got there at 6:25pm and ordered 3 large pizzas (combo, Hawaiian, pepperoni/meat lovers and a small veggies and 12 drinks. So we could eat by 7lm. We gat the Hawaiian and the small veggies in about 20 minutes. About 15 minutes later we got the combo. At 7:22pm I went and asked what happened to the pepperoni/meat lovers. A kid with glasses and a hat was rude and told me it was in the oven. I said I order that pizza at 6:30pm and it is just now in the oven. Waited 10 more minutes and my son asked about the pizza. A girl told him they burnt the pizza and a new one was in the oven. They brought the pizza 10 minutes later and the dough was raw and there were only topping on half the pizza.They made another pepperoni/meatlovers and when we got it it was burnt 3/4 of the pepperoni were burnt. I spent about $160.00 for inedible food. If this is the service they give i wouldn't go back. That is alot of wasted money and no offer of fixing anything my question to ""Tony"" is this how you...

Got 2 X large Pepperoni for 44 bucks delivered. Was notified ahead of time the order would take over an hour, which is fine. No complaints, appreciate the heads up. However when the Pizza arrived it was burnt really really bad and barely warm. Flat and bubble gum chewy. Maybe I got the display model idk. We muscled through it somehow being it was late and I had just got off work. I haven't ate there in Months so not sure if this is their Signature Style? I kinda remember it being great before? Maybe most the time it is and this was an off day for them? I hate writing this review. We all have our off days, but if they can improve because of it then it's a win for them and for me if I decide to try it again. I did NOT contact them or give them the opportunity to correct it. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AFTER SPENDING MORE THEN $20 ON 1 PIZZA.WE CALLED AS SOON AS WE GOT HOME AND SEEN IT WAS WRONG.GIRL THAT ANSWERED SAID. " SORRY WE WILL FIX IT. YOUR NAME WILL BEEN HERE. COME IN ANYTIME AND WE WILL REPLACE IT." SO WE DID AND THE MANAGER WOULD NOT REPLACE IT. SHE THEN CALLED 2 GIRLS THAT WORKED THAT DAY N ASKED IF THEY GOT A CALL FOR A TOTALLY DIF ORDER N THEY SAID NO.. I DIDNT 1 TIME SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE PIZZA SHE WAS ASKING ABOUT.. SHE WASNT LISTENING TO ME AT ANYTIME. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.. GO TO ROUND TABLE HALF THE PRICE FOR WAY BETTER PIZZA. IF YOU ARE RICH AND CAN JUST THROW AWAY MONEY THEN ORDER HERE.
