Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Portland

I went over here Sunday afternoon with my one year son and my sister. We got three different ice creams. The cashier was somewhat nice until I paid for my ice cream. I went outside to pick up my other food at the taco truck next-door.and then I noticed my son’s ice cream the very mango had a piece of hair in there. I literally let my son take one bite off that and then I noticed that there was a piece of hair in there. I went back in with that ice cream. I let the lady know that there was a piece of hair in my ice cream and that I would like a different scoop. I even asked nicely. She said well I can’t do nothing about that. I was a bit taken back because I told her that there was a piece of hair in there and I’m African my head was also covered I don’t have no straight hair. It was straight hair inside the ice cream. It was inside the ice cream. She refused to believe me she thought I plotted it in there, and I literally just walked out of the store and walked back in so for her to think that I planted that in there was just ridiculous and bad customer service She refused to give me a different ice cream. She told me to take it up with her manager and that she’s about to leave her shift so she literally had no care to help out me out. I felt like she was discriminating me and also not really caring about her customers. I believe her...

Got a delivery order of a 3 scoop Sundae, 1 scoop of nutty coconut and 2 of jamocha almond fudge. It arrived. Tiniest scoops of ice cream I've ever seen and all 3 teeny tiny scoops were of the nutty coconut. I called and poliety explain the issue. The kid who answered the ohone informa me they use the kids scoop on all Sundays even though you get charged for the regular scoop prices and then says he didn't make the sundae but would ask the girl who did so he goes over there and I can hear him ask her and she says I don't remember why? He said we'll some lady is calling to complain, not a customer, just some lady and then tells me since she can't remember making the mistake there is noting he can do about it. I have the receipt showing what I ordered. I have a clear picture of what came. This is ridiculous! I'm going to call corporate and try to speak to whoever owns or manages this location. Ita sub par and the customer service is garbage. Got the same sundae as from the clackamas store last month and it was twice as big, made correctly and the staff...

They need to update the location operating hours on the google and the sign. Google says they close at 10pm and I got there at 9:40pm. The 2 workers were shutting down and had locked the doors and mouthed "no" to the 3 other people outside too and ignored the phone when i called to ask what time they actually close.

I almost never go out for ice cream at night, so it was kind of a good thing for me personally but the workers shouldn't be shutting down the store 20 minutes to close. People drive there expecting to buy something and could have gone to dairy queen instead lol. Closing time is 10, lock the doors at 10, or update the hours of operation to when...
