I literally order the same thing every time I come. Bean rice and cheese burrito ($6.50) Add chicken ($2.50) Total $9.00 Correct??? Both the burrito and extra meat charge are listed on YOUR menu.
Depending on the cashier this can become an overcomplicated transaction, for a very simple order. I never come and disrespect anyone, I usually will leave a tip as well. But whoever the cashier was on 11/9/22 around 5pm is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. The owner is as well.
She called the owner and put her on speaker to get clarification on how to charge me. I'm appalled at the owners blatant disrespect when it came to me as a customer when I'm genuinely not ever a problem when I come.
You're upset with me because I'm not willing to pay you to commit fraud. Essentially that's why there's always a problem. I order one specific thing (listed above) and when I come it's a completely different item entered into your system, simply because you guys want to make an extra dollar or so.
After having to advocate for myself over a simple burrito you all always somehow figure out how to enter in the system EXACTLY what I ordered so then I'm eventually paying the correct amount. But for the cashier tonight to call me "girl" in a derogatory manner simply because she felt like I shouldn't have advocated for myself is very disrespectful, and I'm highly offended especially as a black woman. It wouldn't matter if it was just $1 or 1 penny it's my money being spent.
I love the food. The only reason I come here is because my 2-year-old is a very picky eater, and the burrito I order from you guys is the only thing I know for sure she will eat. But after today I will not spend my money here anymore.
Hopefully you get better cashiers and customer service training. Everybody should be on...

Read moreJust left there a little while ago. I got home and to my surprise the nachos I paid for was not the nachos I received. I ordered ground beef nachos but all I got was refried beans with literally a table spoon of ground beef. I called to figure out what happened so that we can correct my order, and the young lady barely wanted to listen to what I was saying. She kept cutting me off saying we have a measurement and there's nothing I can do for you ma'am. Measurement or not you don't mess over people's food like that. I used to love going there, but not after being treated with such disrespect and basically scammed out of my money because i didn't get what I paid for. I did not find this funny nor amusing after working a 17 hour shift. I just wanted some beef nachos from DP. From now on I will pay the extra money at the restaurant down the street on 122nd and Stark before I go back there. The original young lady would have made the situation right even if it were just an apology. New people, with new work ethics might be bad for your business. Pull it together. You just lost a...
