This was the cart I was most excited to try at cartopia. I patiently waiting for them to open. I absolutely love a great chicken pad Thai... Unfortunately I did not get that here. Everything was reheat and serve. The rice noodles ( which take only a couple minutes to cook ) weren't fresh. And were riddled with nasty tofu. I can't stand tofu; and this was not supposed to be in my order! The sauce was ok I guess. The Sriracha avocado I paid extra for didn't taste like anything but avocado. The biggest let down was the chicken. Two tiny OLD dry flavorless prices of chicken seriously? Nothing took long to cook that I ordered. BKK you have my heart, best Pad Thai...

Otherwise let’s just call it non vegetarian. The chef told me it’s not meat. It’s just chicken. FYI. The taste was lovely the last 2 times but ofcourse I had...
