Burger King — Restaurant in Portland

Unacceptable service! Lobby was just filthy. Three cashiers sanding around doing nothing. After a few minutes one of them comes by "What do you want". While placing my order my cashier is talking to other workers "i don't care, I'm taking my lunch" and back and forth. Asked her what size do meals come with the price on the menu but of course she wasn't paying attention to me so i had to repeat my self and raise my tone a bit to get her attention. We had to look for a table that wasn't with ketchup, mayo etc. We had to clean our own table so we could sit. They witnessed us doing this. Finally the order was called. Here are the same three workers still chatting. Crispy chicken sandwich was dry, fries cold and saggy. This place is near by and usually on my way to work, stores etc. Very disappointed. I know that i can get the same food for the same price els where and unfortunately we're going to take that other choice. In my opinion management failed to mange this store not the employees. It was obvious that lack of training of basic costumer service skills...

Nothing says fast food anymore quite like your order being incorrect, all of the unoccupied tables in need of a seriously deep cleaning, and the remaining tables having houseless drug addicts nodding out. How do I know they're houseless drug addicts? The bags of items they're carrying, and the blackened balls of foil they sit on the table.

The management and other people working just looked at them then went back to talking. Ignore the problem... Perfect.

Went to give it another try. The fact my rating went from 3 to 1 says it all.

The person behind the register was condescending and arrogant. Snatched items out of my hand and interrupted me multiple times when I was ordering a whopper meal for two. Still got the order wrong.

They were out of all the basic items such as barbecue sauce, ranch, and salt. Most of the flavor cartridges in the soda machine are needing to be changed as well. The best part was being approached inside and almost yelled at because I didn't have cash on hand to give to someone in...

Not a great experience... All the chicken items I ordered were fine but everything with beef was cold and the cheese was still cold cold. And... They forgot my fries. Went back in and explained the situation... They re made my order. Stood there for about 5 minutes.. A guy waiting for his nuggets said that the food was always that way and he only orders nuggets there and that the kid making my food never changes his gloves. Yummm... 😝. The kid comes out saying they are out of potato buns for the chicken sandwiches.. That was fine.. Whatever. Goes back to finish. Another 5 minutes at least and he brings the food out to me but still needed to get the fries. He turned to get them but another employee stopped him at the register asking for his help with something. He helps her for 4 or 5 minutes while I am standing there waiting while my other food is getting cold. I thought about saying something there but just grabbed the bag of food and left without my fries..😢. I was done with BK...
