I recently had the opportunity to enjoy your food during a business trip through PDX Airport, and I wanted to share my feedback with you regarding my experience with the Chorizo Breakfast burrito I purchased from your establishment.
Firstly, I must commend you on the taste of the breakfast burrito. The flavors were rich, and it was evident that the ingredients were of high quality. However, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the overall experience due to an issue I encountered.
Unfortunately, the breakfast burrito I received was excessively greasy, which not only affected the enjoyment of the meal but also led to a rather unpleasant consequence. After consuming the sandwich, I developed a rash or burn on my lower lip, which persisted for the duration of my trip. This discomfort significantly impacted my ability to fully enjoy my time, as it made simple tasks more difficult and detracted from my overall experience.
While I understand that some level of oiliness is to be expected with certain dishes, the extent of greasiness in this instance was beyond what I had anticipated. As a frequent traveler who often seeks out delicious and convenient options at airports, it was disheartening to encounter such an issue during my visit to your establishment.
I believe that by addressing the greasiness of your breakfast burritos, you can enhance the overall satisfaction of your customers and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Consistency in food quality and customer experience is crucial, especially in a busy airport setting where travelers rely on quick and satisfying meals.
Despite this setback, I remain hopeful that you will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve your offerings. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a successful food establishment, and I am confident that with adjustments, Cha Cha Cha Taqueria can continue to delight customers with its delicious fare.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to the opportunity to enjoy your food again in the future under improved...
Read moreThe line was long, so I was patient. The woman at the register was friendly, kind, and personable. I proceeded to wait with about 6 other people at the entrance for our food after ordering and after 28 minutes I inquired about where my quinoa salad was. The cook/server stated they gave my salad to someone else and they did not have the ingredients for my salad. They failed to tell me this and wasted so much of my time, so I did not ask why they did not inform me of this and asked for my money back, which I got minus the 20% gratuity. Not enough staff, poor communication, chaotic scene…I got Sour Patch Kids and cashews from the place next door and wish I would have saved myself the half hour ordeal. They clearly need more staff and/or new staff. Don’t be like me me: eat before you go to the airport and avoid this place at all costs…you’ve...
Read moreCha Cha Cha at PDX is a solid option when you want something quick but fresher than the usual airport grab and go. I ordered the street tacos, and my friend went with the breakfast burrito. The ingredients were fresh and the portions generous, clearly better quality than typical airport fare. That said, the tacos didn't quite deliver that true “street style” flavor you’d find from a Portland food cart or neighborhood taqueria — they’re tasty, just a little more polished and airport-safe than authentic. My friend’s burrito had the same vibe: filling and well put together, but not something you’d detour for outside the terminal.
Still, for a sit-down meal before a flight, it's a good choice. The service was efficient, and the bright atmosphere felt very Portland casual—laid-back...
