Stopped to get coffee before my afternoon flight. The girl who rung me up was specifically pointing out to customers that "there's a tip option" after they made their payment. She would then flip over the iPad to the customer and show them the tip options, all the while leaning over to see what they were picking. I saw her do this to the person before (and after) me and saw the person in front of me fumbling nervously and just hitting a tip option. When my turn came, she did the same thing and leaned over to see what I was picking. Normally, cashiers just flip the iPad to you without asking, to see whether or not you want to tip and how you want the receipt. They don't specifically point out the tip option and watch you make your selection. This is outrageous. I felt super uncomfortable with her watching me. I guess she knows people will feel awkward with her watching and won't skip the tip. I had no problem hitting 0 (I had to do it twice because there was a problem with the transaction and she leaned over both times during the tip option). Then my sister decided she wanted a pastry after ordering online and since we were still in line we waited our turn to order our pastries with the cashier. Right before it was our turn the register gal seemed nice to the customer in front of us. It was finally our turn and we were asked if we were ordering any drinks we responded "no". We proceeded to order our pastries and when we selected the first one it was bagged and the cashier threw at us onto the counter, I thought I've worked in service before and it must've been a mistake. Then my sister ordered hers and once again to our surprise the cashier threw that pastry at us. She didn't even say anything or acknowledge us, she didn't even look at us she walked away till we were done paying. Someone like this shouldn't be the face of the company and be the first person everyone...

When I got my drink I could tell it wasnāt right so I asked for it to be remade with white mocha because I couldnāt taste any. The blonde barista who was nice at first got really upset with me for telling her it wasnāt made right and when I asked for it to be remade she literally threw my drink and made a much bigger deal of it than it needed to be. Come to find out her coworker had taken my order wrong. Super lame honestly. Will not be coming back. Left in tears because she told her coworkers to make my drink extra sweet because āI canāt taste white chocolateā and my remade drink was terribly sweet even though I said I didnāt want it to be extra sweet just normal.
