There was no line at 10:30am on a Wednesday. I got the Oregon roll. They were done in less than 5 minutes. It was really good, but for 6 pieces, $13 is too expensive. 4 instead of 5 star for the price. The to go boxes in the refrigerated section seemed to be a better deal. I'd go back to try those. The ladies working were nice and fast. The area was clean, and there's limited countertop seating inside, but there were lots of tables in the hallway with plenty of availability and a great piano player nearby.

This food was the best airport food ever! I don't usually eat the entire thing because I don't wanna get sick before my flight. I ate the entire thing! I got my food 5 minutes after we ordered. My siblings are lucky eaters, and they enjoyed it! I've been to many airports and have tried lots of airport food. This is like a 1000/10. On top of that it was cheap!!! Like for airport food. I totally recommend this. Also I had the fried shrimp and it was delicious šŸ˜‹ .

The Spicy Tuna roll was ok, but the sashimi was still frozen and extremely thinly sliced. Not worth the money. If this restaurant weren't in the airport then I would rate it 1-star, but given the fact that it's airport sushi it was still ok. Definitely will go somewhere else next time. It's also only to-go, which is a bummer when you've got a layover. Luckily Deschutes right across let me sit down and get a drink while I ate my sushi.

I understand that working in a airport must not been easy. They see so many customers all day. We were there at 8:30pm and we were the only one on the line. We didn't get greeted at all. One very young man was refilling and cleaning while the other young lady behind the counter was also refilling paper cups. We waited patiently. She finally sees us and I say hi to her without receiving any answers. She looked at us with such an upset demeanor! I asked her if they were open, and she barely answered. I will always be blown away when I see this type of customer service. She had airpods in her ears. I don't think that it is acceptable...

Horrible experience. First time, sushi in the refrigerator case was frozen and when I went to show them they didn’t believe me until they felt it with their gloves how the inside of it was frozen. No apology there, had to ask for refund. Second time, food poisoning for 4 days after eating the International Roll. That one they make ā€œfreshā€ in front of you. Was so ill had to go to hospital, and that never happened before to me especially since I travel a lot and eat out frequently. That’s how I knew this was spoiled food or major contamination. Wanted to give this place a chance but has been an extreme...

This was a horrible experience. When I asked the employee what was in certain things or what he recommended, he couldn’t answer since he said ā€œI’m new and don’t know anythingā€. I waited for 25 minutes to get my food and didn’t listen to what I didn’t want in the soup as we are allergic to a few products. Bad service. Asked for a different to go container since the one I had was messy from the sloppy job of the food being prepped. Wanted to charge $1 for a container. We spent well over $40 dollars for this food...
