Darin Vegan House — Restaurant in Portland

Just a heads up, Darin Vegan House is the vegan part and inside of Dara Thai & Teriyaki. I am lucky enough to live in the neighborhood so I can walk down and get this yummy food anytime I want. I am blown away by their extensive all vegan menu and how flavorful all of the dishes I’ve tried are. My favorite dishes are the coconut noodle soup with kefir lime and tempeh, the sautéed bok choy, the cashew noodles, the pumpkin curry (or really any of the curries) with sticky rice. I hope all the vegans of Portland come down and check this place out because they really care about making us solid food. And the people who tun this place are genuinely sweet people.
