I want to love this place SO BADLY. The food is absolutely astounding and is so FULL of flavor. The boba tea is great and tastes amazing and you can tell the boba is made fresh regularly throughout the day. Even better, the quality of the food is consistent at all times of the day.

However, the biggest issues with this restaurant are two-fold: the speed and the cleanliness.

The speed could be forgiven if the restaurant was absolutely packed, but I tend to go here later in the evening and there may be one other person there. I'll get a boba tea and a sushi roll and it will take no less than twenty minutes to get anything. In fact, once, I only got a mango boba tea and it took fifteen minutes. Expedience shouldn't be the factor that makes or breaks a restaurant, but their delicious food does not justify their sluggishness.

The cleanliness DOES make or break a restaurant. Gloves are frequently used (thankfully). But I have watched more than one individual cough or sneeze without covering their mouth and nose. Even worse there was a dog roaming about in the kitchen on more than one occasion.

Unfortunately, these two issues have made this restaurant a no-go. Like I said, I REALLY wanted to love this place because the food is so good. But I can't justify spending twenty dollars and over half an hour of my time for one sushi roll and a tea, especially when I can't trust that the kitchen and its staff...

Today I ordered lunch through their website, order goes through and I get an email saying food will be ready at 11:54. When I went to the restaurant it was closed even though they are supposed to be open at 11:30. There’s a sign on the door saying open at 12, okay no problem, I wait. And wait. And no one shows up. By ten past 12 my lunch break is basically over and I have no food. Around 12:30 they called me asking if I picked up, I said no, they offer to refund me and they give me some excuse about changing hours or something. My issue is this: if you are a business and you have posted hours, you had better stick to those posted hours. And if you are changing said hours, you should update it on google, PROMPTLY. Getting my money back was the bare minimum because now all I have is a used up lunch period and an empty stomach, no vouchers or coupons, nothing. I hope their food is good, but I’m not coming back here for them to waste my time on a...

I try not to do negative reviews but this experience seriously disappointed and upset me. All i ordered was a single plate of takoyaki to go. I ordered and waited for forty-five minutes while i watched them crank out three other large orders and an online pickup. No one even acknowledged i was there. It was supposed to be triple digits and they didn’t even offer water. When the order finally came out it was in a little burger take-out container on a bed of greens. Smothered in Kewpie mayo and Banchan’s Japanese BBQ Sauce and lots of dried bonito flakes, However, the takoyaki balls themselves left a lot to be desired. The batter outside was tough, almost leathery with no texture or crispness. The batter inside was lava hot but runny Anna nearly flavorless. They didn’t have the usual crispy tempura bits, diced pickled ginger or strong dashi unami flavors. Even with the sauces the balls were bland and the texture was terrible. This was an epic...

Randomly decided to try a new spot out and was pleasantly surprised. First of all, I LOVE the logo of their dogs. Secondly, when we went on Easter, they noticed our dog and came back outside with a little Easter egg (filled with beef jerky) for him. What a thoughtful gesture! We ordered a set platter for two which came with sushi and poke. Everything tasted fresh and delish. We also got boba which was perfect for the warm day we had. Highly recommend the strawberry matcha boba! My partner, dog, and I will be coming back here again. Thank you!
