Definitely not a bot account . Ordered this morning for pickup. I placed an order at 11:10 this morning and it said it would be ready for pickup at 11:29 . I came in at 11:30 and said I had an order from myself to pickup and I got snapped at from a lady I haven’t spoken with in the store before . I’ve had food here multiple times and not had this experience but with her she “let me know “ that I can’t expect an order to be ready right after I place it . Pretty much gaslighting the fact that I said I placed it over 20 minutes before and said it would be ready in that allotted time . I was on my lunch break so it was a huge inconvenience knowing how much time I already have . It wasn’t okay with me that I got talked to disrespectfully and in a gaslighting and condescending way and tone . It made me sad because I enjoyed food here but if you treat even some of your customers less than other people you have to lose my business. Obviously this meant something to me and was out of hand .just the response to my review shows that gaslighting behavior…. I’ve never left a review before but I felt this experience...

Food was decent last time I got from here… giving 1 star because the recent 5-star raving reviews are all eerily similar and the accounts are also reviewing the same places, at the same time, at various restaurants around the country. Seems like a review farm/this restaurant is paying for reviews. That alone is enough to turn me off and cause me to look elsewhere. Let the food, service, and quality speak for itself… Buying reviews is a BIG red flag to me and enough to make me steer clear unless that changes.

*to the reply from the business: Not sure who deepak is. Or how my profile seems fake. I have posted unsolicited reviews for the last 7 years. You can see the positive and critical feedback I’ve given to a variety of places I’ve felt strongly about enough to review. I was going to order from y’all the night I posted this but the clearly fake reviews turned me off and prompted me to call it out. The slew of reviews after mine from “restricted profiles” only reinforces my belief....

Vegetarian Food Review: Was very excited to try this place. Good location and big space. Customer service was decent. However the food was definitely not for my desi tastebuds. No flavor at all in the paneer or garlic naan. I don’t mean hot spicy. I mean actual desi flavor in the sauce. The naan felt bland too. However the paneer pieces were soft. Naan was crisp and papad was fresh. Thus the 3 star. I hope the flavors evolve but considering the dinner crowd I don’t think it will change much. I did have to wait for water and order while they were busy setting up table for future reservations which was a tad weird. And was not offered an itemized bill before asking for payment which I did inform them about before I paid so that patrons get a chance to review their bill. Let’s see maybe will be back again...
