It was lightly drizzling when I was there. The trees that are there shade you just fine from the rain . It really is such a nice place to go and wait for an appointment or if you're after an appointment waiting for a ride. I really like what OHSU has done with the area and it's just a nice place to take your laptop as you can get a Wi-Fi signal here. It's really really clean too! Great place to go ahead and grab a coffee and sit down and relax. The only thing that would make this place better is that if they had like a ferry service that went from like St John's or from North Portland. Or if you can catch it at jantzen Beach. It is a small park but it's still really nice. There's no real playground equipment or anything else like that but you know it's more for like adults and stuff

This park is located in the middle of beautiful high rise buildings and walking distance to the waterfront walkway. There are a few restaurants located across the street making it convenient to grab a bite. The park is well maintained and has open areas for kids and dogs to play. It does not have a kids play area with a slide but does have a small splash pad area. There are benches scattered around and some small tables. Overall nice park to walk through but being close to the street without any fencing; just be extra cautious with the toddlers.

A great little park with a fantastic splash pad for children to play in. Some great architecture on show with the surrounding buildings, and a nice place to visit from the aerial tram for a rest of your legs or some fun for the little ones. There is also some very nice planting in this park and it's a very short walk to the river front. There are also a few little mounds / hills where a lot of people lay down and enjoy the sun or some down time. All in all quite a little gem of a park!

The Portland Beer Fest was hosted here, and it was a nice place for a small festival with not a large turn out. Blues Fest was going on at the same time at the Tom McCall, so I'm sure there would have been a larger crowd had it not been 4th of July weekend and competing also with that fest. Point being, it worked out great but I'm not sure how I would have felt with a much larger crowd in such a small space. As far as a park goes, downtown and not hosting a Fest, I am sure its a nice place for a short stroll or to chill on the grass...
