Happy Sing Bar — Restaurant in Portland

I pulled off from traffic to Happy Sing Bar. I was stuck in traffic for a few hrs, and this was the first bar from the freeway going East on SE Powell Blvd. This place is easy to miss and small. To my surprise Happy Sing Bar has a full bar, TV, and lotto. But that is not all! They probably have one of the best bartenders in the area. She was gracious, easy on the eyes, quick, humorous, likeable, and gives good advice (as I overheard her give advise to a patron). She keeps an organized, clean, functioning, bar. Her name is Christina, or Tina for short. Even though I came in during shift change she still wanted to serve me without hesitation. That was really nice as I was parched. I think this is a great place to wait out traffic. They were very nice here and the service was really good. I have visited this bar quite a few times to play video poker however the last time I was in there the bartender was also playing video poker on one machine and this bartender was actually holding two other video poker machines for herself she was playing three machines which leaves three machines for customers the cold machines that were not hitting we're left for the customers as she took advantage of three machines I would not recommend playing video poker at this bar because of the extreme unfair disadvantage of the bartender playing one machine and holding two machines for herself as she had all three of these machines...

Cozy and clean. Service was good. Ordered food to go. It was also good!-- by the way it is a bvar/antique store. I thought a stained glass lamp shade there a couple summers ago nice and the place was right. They still have the grand opening Burger special skinny french fries and a hamburger with your lettuce tomato and pickle for three bucks you can't beat happy Singh has Grand opening for about 2 and 1/2 years now!
