I don't like to give bad reviews, and this one is not bad it's a just ok review. I've been here like 2 times and I can't say anything about the food, except the first time I went they took like 40 minutes to give me my food and I asked for the chicken strips. The come 4 in a box ( sometimes 3 big ones 2 small ones to complete 4 big ones, hopefully I make sense) but I got two small ones and one big one and tiny piece. That was after waiting that long. Normally I would just eat what they give me but I was mad so I wanted what I ordered. But first, when I asked the cashier what was happening with my order cuz it was taking so long, she gave me attitude and said "we have a big line of cars waiting" SO!!! I used to work at a Jack in the box, and first you try to listen to the customer and try to help them in any way you can, be a little nice and maybe say sorry something is happening, and second we would get one car out, and one dine in out. We wouldn't wait for the whole line of cars to go to be able to serve the ones eating in. She didn't tell but did raise her voice like if it was my fault, and the manager didn't say anything and he was right there. The second time I was there, there was a new girl, super sweet and I didn't mind she didn't get my order right. What bothered me was that another employee got there to start his shift. He was outside smoking, put his cigar off on the floor, came in smelling nasty, didn't wash his hands before he came in and clocked in on the screen that I hope they didn't use to take orders. Then my friends came in to eat with me and waited at the front for a while and workers would pass then and wouldn't say anything, or at least hi someone will help you soon. Then I ordered a burger for my little friend. They called my number and gave me a chicken sandwich again. I asked one of the cashiers if it was my order cuz I had a Jr jumbo jack not a chicken sandwich, and she ignored me. Finally I got what I ordered. So bottom line is, I love the food, but I have the service here. IF I go back here I'll go through the drive thru, not eat inside. Or just go to McDonald's or Calr's Jr that are next to jack. Read moreI've come here various times and not once have they been open. online it says that they're open 24 hours but then when I get there they're closed I've showed up between the hours of 10:30, 11:30, 12, and 145. And nobody has ever been open at this location. Also one time I came and it looked like they were open they were serving other people but once me and my partner pulled up they told us they were no longer serving. Then the other time we showed up nobody would answer the call but there were two employees in the serving area laughing and having a jolly old time and then when they finally saw us they wave they hand away at us and continue to laugh and have a good time. This is the worst Jack in the Box location they need better service and they need to be more honest about their times of operation I'm not making a big deal about a cheeseburger that might possibly kill me but when I do want something I would like to have it. Also there has been various times where I've came here and gotten food and my order was messed up maybe I should just stop coming here most people would say but when you're the closest thing to me that isn't McDonald's or Carl's Jr you kind of want variety and now I don't. Whoever runs this place please reach out so maybe we can talk about some of the discrepancies I have and hopefully you can accommodate and correct some of the behaviors and things that are wrong with this location because all in all it is a good location to have a Jack In The Box when it's in...
Read moreLine of cars before 200am, finally made it to menu board only to be told “only app and delivery orders”. You could have told us 4 cars ago ; line of cars behind me and they wont be notified until they get to menu board.
I inquired as to why is their “drive thru open” sign on if they’re not taking which was met with a response , sorry we haven’t had time to turn it off. While stuck in line, I placed an order via food delivery app , it took that long of a wait that by the time I made it to the window my order was ready for pickup except employee kept insisting it was not showing up on their screen and he doesn’t see my name. He closed the window and walked away as it turns out ink on their printer was faded and he pointed it like I caused that sorcery 🙄
Kid, i understand you were just doing your job and had to repeat yourself for every car that made it to menu board after 2am. Try to understand it from your customers side of things instead of having snotty attitude because of short staff issue. Next time put a sign by entrance to drive thru to save you and your customers time and still maintain good customer service 😁
And if you are not 24hrs drive thru(apparently varies due to staff ) then post your new hours of operations please. As im typing this , more cars are pulling up to drive thru line.😖🙄
