Teriyaki Heaven — Restaurant in Portland

I have been here in the past and had great service from a lady that was so kind and friendly, however I went back and parked in the parking lot and a man that work here came out and told me to park in another spot for an unknown reason, I was just finishing up a zoom meeting from work and decided to take my dog around the corner to pee before I went in and the same guy came out and was blowing a whistle at me, i told him I was in a meeting and was coming in for food when I'm done, he told me he was calling the police and went inside and turned on these alarms that were outside the building, it was so obnoxious and uncalled for, I decided to leave and not ever come back for how I was treated, I wasn't even in the parking lot 15 minutes and all I needed to do was finish my work meeting, he lost a customer and some because I will tell every and anyone about his behavior, that is not how you treat people.also the food is over priced and...

I've gone to this place for years and it used to be a wonderful teriyaki place and was one of my favorites, but slowly things began to change, things would randomly be dropped from the menu or just not served that day for some reason, and then it all just went downhill from there. Their once crisp vegetables tend to be mush now, their once wonderful teriyaki sauce has been watered down so much that it no longer has much of a taste, and the prices are much higher than the food is worth. The place also looks like it's falling apart, it's not a very enjoyable meal to eat below a ceiling with missing panels and large spots of water damage. Let me start by saying, they should really get to cleaning this place up, starting with washing all of the disgusting walls, then maybe paint them a welcoming decent color, they are piss yellow and caked in dirt. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was DRY and tasted really old! The egg rolls, DRY and not fresh! The rice was also DRY!
