Been here several times, had pretty good service from the kids, but from the older guy, let's say I have no use for. Went in 4/1/2017, patiently waited my turn, as there was a few of us, watched others get there sandwich made, they paid, left or sat and ate. The older guy that was working, then took his time washing his hands, and asked what I would like, number 13 without tomatoes Mikes way, he started making my sandwich.cut the bread, cut the cheese. Then stopped, and took the persons order behind me, a lengthy order. I am thinking wow that's rude and un business like. Nobody before me had there sandwich left as he took another order, he made theirs, rang them up, washed and started with next customer. Let me explain something, I sell big rig parts, make a good living at it also, what this guy did was nothing but disrespect, total disrespect, something I do not put up with, I treat my customers well and they come back to me because of it. If I would just leave a customer to help another I would expect hell as my customer depend on me to keep their rigs on the road. So keep this in mind. The guy came back to my sandwich re started , I told him since he was so damn worried about her sandwiches he should get them done, I was having no part of his disrespect. I felt like telling him off to make him know what he did, but no. I worked my shift, no lunch, by myself and I was hungry. Jumped on my Harley and went to Jimmie Johns got a big John no tomatoes add onion freaking fast, I will not visit your establishment there or Vancouver when it comes, again. As you can tell I was not empresses with your lack of respect and service. If I could I give you a...
Read moreThis location has consistently had pretty bad service. The only reason I kept going back is that they could usually still be competent enough to make a sandwich. And, Jersey Mike's food is good when made right. Unfortunately, there were definitely times when they couldn't even put together a sandwich right, but those times were relatively few. Today was the last straw with the terrible service, though. Since they prioritize online orders over those standing in line, it is always a long wait even though they don't look like they're that busy. I know this, so I just know to deal with it. However, when I got to the front of the line today I was told they don't have any white bread. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? And, if you do run out of bread, how do you not notify people about this before they've waited 10 minutes in line? It should be a sign on the door. No, I'm not going to have your wheat bread; for whatever reason, it tastes like sawdust. I just left, but decided that it was really unprofessional of them to not have put a sign on the door, so I went back. I asked to speak to the manager. A worker pointed to the manager, and then walked away. Was I supposed to just go walk behind the counter and talk to her? There's something about the Portland-area Jersey Mike's that is just awful when it comes to customer service. It isn't a chain-wide problem necessarily, but it's certainly a...
Read moreAbsolutely HORRIBLE service. I walk in for the first and now only time at Cascade Station, only to have some guy who never introduce himself berrate me of choice telling me If I want The Jersey Mike experience to go for a Turkey and Provolone, instead of my chicken ceasar wrap. He actually told me my choice was a lousey choice and continues to "used car salesman" approach and push th turkey and provolone. He sadly was either the manager or district manager . you could tell with his overly excited, beyond obnoxious, loud used car salesman approach. How utterly pathetic to "push" a sandwich....at the same down speak negatively about his other products. I have been in jewelry stores selling $10k sets with less rediculous pushy behavior. Now, lets talk about the employee who literally knocked me out of the way to fill lemon slices in the bin, and then continued to stand in my way to get a drink for 3 minutes. $13 for a chicken wrap? Are you people out of your minds? Nope. Will never step foot back in JM especially Cascade Station. Thank God for Jimmy Johns. Jm......fire the entire staff, you would be doing Portland...
