First time ordering from them and I didn't get the teriyaki chicken I paid for. White rice that we didn't order galore but not my dinner. The boxes for the entrées we did get were broken through ( see attached picture). When I ordered all I wanted was 3 combination plates with fried rice instead of white. The woman who answered said they couldn't do that and offered me a "free soup" for the trouble. If the soup cost $7 at most and my entrée that you charged me for then didn't give me (because how else can you explain $40 for two entrées) is around $15 - what the hell did I get for free? In fact you made my night rougher by ensuring that I have no food though I paid you for it. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! They made a fuss about a rice change on a combination plate then proceeded to charge me for an order they never completed (and we called in ahead to order- this was just a pick up) . Then they closed Edit: my family shared some of their food with me- lukewarm and muted flavor ( on spicy Kung Pao?) I will just get my money back. No use asking for my food to be disappointed. I really loathe experiences like this because it feels like you can't win for losing.

First and last time going here. I Was pretty disappointed. The only positive thing I can say was the portion sizes. We got three of the #2 dinners and a 16pc fried shrimp for 48$. The food was extremely bland and extremely greasy! We went mostly for pork fried rice and egg flower soup. The soup was pretty decent, however the “fried” rice was just normal sticky rice with the pork pieces mixed in and no flavor what so ever. My boyfriend dumped some sauce on his to give it some type of flavor, our daughter didn’t even touch hers and she loves rice. I took both servings of mine and my sisters rice and added some stuff in and cooked it up my self to make it taste better(pictures below of what we got and what I fixed up) I think you’ll be able to tell the difference. The chicken and fried shrimp were way over cooked and hard.

Maybe it was an off day and they were overwhelmed, but we had the worst experience at this place. Went on Christmas. We were there to eat in, but kitchen was overwhelmed with to go orders, and the staff seemed to prioritize them. (There were two people working in the kitchen, and one working the front of house.) After waiting 20 minutes or so, we had to grab our own menus. It took us another half hour to get someone to take our order. We would tell the server that we were ready to order, then she would say okay, and then go back to the register to help the takeout orders and would forget about us for the next ten minutes. This happened a few times. The only person that paid us any attention was the daughter of one of the employees (I think). She seemed to be way in over her head, and didn't know the menu, but she was the most helpful one there. When she brought out my orange chicken, I asked to confirm what it was, and she was like, "I don't know. I don't work here!" So, points to her for doing what she could. My aunt ordered the wonton soup, didn't like it, and sent it back. We didn't get either cups of the hot and sour or egg drop soup that we had ordered, but all of our soups were still on the bill when we were finally able to pay it (again, another long, painful process). Food-wise, I liked my orange chicken, but everyone else at the table was disappointed. I will say that portions were huge, and prices were low. So that was nice.

Tl;dr Probably the worst Chinese restaurant experience I've had. Terrible service, bad food. Maybe it's better when there are like two people in the restaurant and you don't have to compete for the...

10/10 For the struggle bus

This is an HONEST review from someone who grew up, and is currently broke af. Firstly if you're looking for over the top flavor, and or any flavor this is not the place for you.

If you don't mind adding your own sauces, and or seasoning this IS the place for you! Also if you're a parent, or guardian who needs to feed the masses on a budget this IS for you!

Pros

I give this 5/5 for two simple reasons The amount of food received The price of $11.50-$13.50 per box with the amount is top quality.

Cons

Lacking all flavor, and or salt.

Food Notes

The food itself is VERY well cooked. If you're looking to fake out guests and transfer the fried rice to plates and add your own sauce and seasonings this is the place! You'll get an ample amount of food for the money.

If you're struggling and lookin for enough food to keep you, and your family from starving, but cheap enough to afford then this is the place for you! I think we need to highlight places like this more that provide enough food at a low enough price to help those like myself who are currently residing on the American...
