I already sent an email to your team regarding our stay and have been waiting for a reply. I'm beyond frustrated with this no-name survey showing up days later when the contact field stated I should expect a reply within 48 hours. The stay was horrible, we asked to be moved from the first room; I had laid my luggage on the sofa in the room and noticed hair that was NOT mine, as well as stains on the upholstery that were disgusting, a clear outline of a human butt and white crusty stains below it. The next room had even worse problems, but I had an event to go to and my husband was exhausted since we both had been traveling all day. I have pictures of the sofa in the 2nd room with stains, the walls were covered in dust and we both have asthma, there was hair on the wall of the shower, and the floors were not vacuumed properly as there was debris along the wall that wouldn't have been there had the room been vacuumed properly. The pillowcases and blanket had holes in them. The end cap for the half wall was completely separated from the wall, so when I leaned on it to put my shoe on the wood lifted up causing me to lose balance. There was also clear plastic on the edge of one wall that wasn't attached properly either. A homeless woman came into the lobby while my husband was waiting for me to be dropped off around midnight and she took all the cookies, the staff did not stop her. There weren't there any cookies when we checked out either. All small things, but when you put your health, safety and comfort into the hands of strangers you hope that you're going to be taken care of. I will never stay at this location again. I do have pictures of the dust on the walls, the broken half wall and corner piece, and the stains on both sofas. I wanted to like this place since it's so conveniently located and the staff was pleasant, but not in the state that...
Read moreI had absolutely the worst experience with this hotel. Upon check in, I had let the front desk know that the toilet was not flushing correctly. They sent someone up to simply unclog the toilet and leave a plunger for us. They did not fix the issue at all. I didn’t mind too much because we weren’t in the room most of the time anyway, so I just left it at that. At our last night before check out, I went to use the restroom and The toilet literally overflowed after ONE flush. I called the front desk once more, they took their time before coming up to help us. It was flooding quickly into the room and onto the carpet and even reached our suitcases. They offered to move us rooms, but because it was our last day we declined. They had finally fixed the toilet and it was now flushing properly, so I didn’t see a reason in moving rooms at all. I was so shocked after checking out, as I checked my bank and I was charged $250 from “flooding damages”. How is any of that my fault? The charge was completely unwarranted, so I called the front desk. They told me that I would have to wait 2 WEEKS!! To get a hold of a manager to refund the charge. I patiently waited the two weeks, called back and they said THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THE MANAGER WILL BE BACK. They got my number and said they could give me a call when he arrives. This was completely unacceptable service, as I had already waited 2 weeks just to be told to continue waiting. I called daily afterwards, each time they stated the manager was not on shift. Today I called and no one picked up the phone at all!! I understand I may be annoying to the front desk… but I need my money! $250 is so much. I got fed up and had to dispute my claim with my bank. Hopefully I receive my money back… this service was so disheartening. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH...
Read moreI booked our stay here based on proximity to an event we were attending, and I wasn't really expecting a lot. I've stayed at many mid-range hotels and you basically get a bed and a shower; nothing to write home about. Upon walking into the hotel I was already impressed. The hall carpets seemed new and clean, and they had luggage carts in the entryway which made unloading the car a breeze! The staff were extremely friendly and sent us up to our room with no issues.
The rooms are LARGE! On top of the two queen-size beds, there was a night stand, leather bench, couch, coffee table, desk and chair, wardrobe, and dresser. They had tons of places to plug in USB chargers as well. The mattresses were extremely comfortable (firm) and the pillows were soft and fluffy. I haven't slept this well in a hotel for a while! The room was very clean, and we had a fridge and microwave in the room, as well as a pod coffee maker.
The continental breakfast had everything you could want. I usually don't wake up on time to make it to breakfast, but theirs goes until 10am. There were three kinds of juices, coffee and tea, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, an assortment of hot foods such as bacon, sausage, eggs, and french toast, baked goods like bagels (with cream cheese), muffins, and donuts, and a waffle iron with two types of batter.
Check out is at noon! It was really nice to be able to take my time packing and getting ready in the morning. You really can't ask for a better stay...
