Adobo classic ⭐⭐⭐ I wouldn't reorder this again, because there wasn't a ton of meat to rice and it was a tiiiiny but too salty for me, but my partner absolutely adored it. I think I might try the poutine version. the pork pulled apart so easily and the fat actually tasted delicious on the meat

Stumbled across this food truck unexpectedly and found it refreshing to find a Filipino-American food truck as a FilAm. They have an excellent fusion menu offering American fast food classics with a solid Filipino twist. Their Amboy burger is absolutely delicious, and they have yummy fries too. Sometimes they easily run out of offerings, but that's common with food carts in general and I don't hold that against them. We absolutely loved this spot. The Amboy burger was something special in its simplicity and flavor. The battered fries are THE best kind— potato-y but crispy, you know the ones. The lumpia is great and crispy— get a large, you won’t regret it! And the pancit canton (pictured, albeit poorly) is wonderfully ginger-y and delicious.
