I always look for Hainanese chicken rice wherever I travel and have tried many different ones. I usually feel rather disappointed trying to find the authentic taste of Singaporean chicken rice. However, this place didn't disappoint. They make probably the best chicken rice I have tasted in Oregon and Washington. I will definitely come again whenever I travel to Portland. The place was a little noisy but expected considering it is a hawker station.

I know that Nong's has a certain reputation in Portland as having this great Hainan chicken dish, but honestly, this place has the actual best Hainan chicken in portland. We sat outdoors, but you can bring your food into the bar next to the carts. Hawker Station was amazing. We had the chicken & rice, the fried chicken skins and the truffle fries. Hot milk tea as well which was very tasty. The chili sauce that came with the chicken rice was so good, we had to ask for more!
