Have been for years telling a friend about how good the burgers are here, so we decided to go since I hadn't been in a while and he never had been. When we arrived, there were only 3 small groups of 2 or 3 waiting, but it still took around 15 minutes for one of the 2 guys working that night to take the order of the ladies ahead of us and ours. Sadly, we only spotted the self order kiosk after sitting down to wait. When people started arriving shortly after that, it became clear they weren't just trying to put a couple larger orders together, they were swamped with call in orders, and everyone started got pretty frustrated at the wait. An hour and a half later (now 8 pm and way too late for me to eat that dense of food), I asked about where our order was on the list. He looked and I believe he pulled our ticket from another stack then said it was next. Food came up pretty quickly after that, but the burgers were way over cooked and we had to ask for the second order of fries. Neither batch of fries really tasted of Truffle (unlike in previous visits). One plus, the float was truly one of the best I've ever had. Even so, overall the meal was dissatisfying and genuinely disappointing, especially for the wait and price ($34 for 2 burgers, fries and a float). As a long time referring customer and a potential new one, we were not even a little impressed or happy. Doubt either us will be back again, or recommend Little Big Burger to...
Read moreUpdate: my LBB was closed this Sunday. Hand written sign said due to staffing problems. You should have just come clean there. I can't explain that to my son, this was our spot for years, every week. How many of those tips you stole were mine? Shame on you. Very sadden but you should go out of business. The staff that left, you want to bad mouth them on the why out, good luck with that too. Very sad day, you lost loyal customers and I hope more people boycott you now. It wouldn't have gone down without some truth. The food was consistent, price great, but you had great staff, so shame on you.
Have been going to the Division street location at least once a week now for over 6 months. The food and service have been fantastic every time. To eat there that much and never have an off burger or frie batch is a rare level of consistency. Most importantly, my son who is autistic and very picky loves it, and the staff is so good to us. They recognize him and always just give us amazing service no matter how busy. I'd single one out but they all are outstanding and it's nothing short of refreshing. I'm happy to give them my hard earned money. They should be proud. I do very, very few reviews - I wont spend energy on negativity, but don't throw around complaments easily. That said, the little big burger and staff on Division...
Read moreThe food at Little Big Burger is great, there is no denying. However, this location would not be my first choice to go. On our trip in, several things really stuck out to me that seemed a little less then professional. First, the glass in the front door had been broken out some how. No fault of the stores, but the pile of garbage and leaves in front of said door looked like it hadn't been used in some time. Second thing was the incredibly loud music playing in the background. It was all rock, no issue; some very good rock in fact. However, every couple of songs some very heavy metal and some pushing into death metal (yes, I am sure...) would come on. Now, to each their own, but in a business establishment to go get a quick meal, really? The music was so loud in fact we could barely talk and hear each other at a normal tone. After talking my party of five up so much about Little Big Burger, I was really let down that this was the situation we walked into. Unfortunately, they all have said they would not go back just because the great taste of the food did not out way the seemingly obnoxious environmental music, which seemed better suited to a grunge dive bar than a...
