The following review is subject to change due to the type of restaurant it is. I will begin with my initial contact with staff at drive thru. I gave them the rewards number I was provided with at the start of my order per their request on the McDonalds app. The drive thru clerk told me they were not using rewards numbers at that time (1ish am) as well as only accepting cash. No credit cards. Something seems a bit suspect about this large corporation not using the app or credit card payments even though it was early morning hours I find it difficult to understand why this was the case. We went ahead and ordered two chicken sandwiches, two filet o fish and large fries. We asked for salsa, ketchup and tater sauce. We also asked for a hot fudge Sunday and we were told they do not serve ice cream after 10 pm. WHAT? To me if it's on the menu then it should be available. I have never noticed a posting on their menu that indicates the limited hours for serving certain items with exception of breakfast. Anyhow we proceed to pay and move along to the second window and the guy working quickly hands is our bag and bids us a goodbye and thank you. I opened the bag to indulge in the hot fries and to my surprise there are no fries in the bag. Suddenly my friend starts sneezing violently and turns to admonish me for wearing to much fragrance. I tell him uh no dude I'm not wearing perfume it's the bag it has a weird smell. To be as clear as possible without becoming vulgar is about as much as I should probably say but I'll just give my opinion anyway on the weird smell. It kind of smelled like sweaty butt crack and vaginal fluids and cum from strangers. Totally not my flavor. It was disgusting. We had to return the food and ask for a refund. When we paid they did not offer us a receipt but upon returning they asked for one. They didn't want to part with the money. I suspect they had already voided the transaction and pocketed the cash. The entire experience was a low bar even for McDonalds. They returned our money. Sadly though our clothes became saturated in the funky dirty sex smell that lingered on there unwashed hands. It was gross gross gross. In the restaurants defense this is not the norm for this location but I do think it might be for the staff they had working Tuesday evening/morning. Though my confidence in eating at McDonalds is never high this was the absolute lowest I think I've encountered there ever. So late night diners beware you might get more than you ask for if you dare eat after midnight on 82nd and Foster in Portland Oregon. Maybe try Popeyes nearly across the street. They are always busy. Or try for a dine in experience at tic toc on Powell. There food is delicious. Thanks...

My husband and I went through the drive thru this morning for breakfast. We were trying to order 2 sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle meals w/iced caramel macchiatos and 1 bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle meal w/an iced caramel macchiato. We also got a few other things but those meals are where the problem lies. We noticed on the screen that he had the 2 sausage McGriddle meals, awesome. Then we noticed that he had the bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle as just the sandwich and no other iced caramel macchiato. We attempted to explain to him that we wanted that as a meal, twice. We got up to the window to pay and asked him to please read the order back to us. Once we realized that he indeed did not have the bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle as a meal, we again attempted to explain to him, for the THIRD time, that there was supposed to be 3 McGriddle meals, 2 sausage and 1 bacon. He tells us “I fixed it for you, sorry about that”. We tell him it’s all good and take the receipt, only to see that he in fact didn’t fix it, he only made it worse because I now don’t have my meal, it doesn’t even have the 3rd iced caramel macchiato anymore. We proceeded to the pick up window where the girl working that window decided to give me a hash brown, since that’s all I was missing. At this point, we were completely over the experience and didn’t even ask about the caramel macchiato. The girl explained to us that the guy working the order/pay window was brand new and actually the store managers son. That’s how he got his job and why he’s working the window alone, with barely any training. Sorry, not sorry, being related to the person who runs the store shouldn’t qualify you for a job you clearly can’t manage to do. Maybe dad should train him a little more before allowing him to run orders by himself or you guys will have a lot more complaints down the road.
Also, my husband got orange juice for the kiddos and there was something in the bottom of one of the cups. Not sure what it was, will attach a picture...
Read moreI've had trouble with this location for income I'm a Dasher once in awhile and deliver food recently I was at this restaurant to pick up an order and was told by the manager that they gave my order to somebody else to get lost ex excuse me he said I gave your order to somebody else get lost and I had to report it and everything was just a bad experience he supposedly was the manager his name he said he told me his name was Dave but I don't believe him so with my experience with McDonald's I would avoid this one just on GP I used to recommend this to go to this one but I would say go to 92nd and howl if you have to go to McDonald's and avoid this one and avoid dealing with Dave if he is a manager or not he's not a very professional because I didn't speak a word to that person before he started speaking harsh words towards me and that's not very professional of a manager or an employee in front of the manager for that matter so if you're the manager of this restaurant I would take notice of this employee named Dave and find out why he's acting this way towards someone that's just trying to make money and live and doesn't deserve to be talked to like that and dismissed and dismissed...
